One story condo with patio and large grass area on a 6 acre desert landscaped property with 2 pools and spas, guest laundry, barbecue gas grills in pool area with covered patio with tables and seating, and complementary WI-FI.

It is located within the grounds of the Indian Palms Country Club and is adjacent to a 27 hole golf course, country club restaurant, pro shop, driving range, 2 tennis courts, and fitness center. Golf is discounted for up to 2 guests and other amenities are offered for an additional fee. Restaurants and shopping are near-by and numerous desert activities are within the Coachella Valley.

The unit has 2 bedrooms, a single bathroom, kitchen, living room and dining area. The bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The dining table seats four with two additional bar stool seating at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and utensils. Amenities include paper towels, bathroom tissue, dish detergent, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hair dryer, and one welcome packet of coffee.

Pool towels are provided in the unit and can be exchanged at the check-in office.

Great spot for Coachella festival!

house was great for me and 3 friends, pool was close by and we were walking distance to the festival grounds. Only issue was wifi is not strong and property managers can't/won't do much about it.
