Set on East Lake Road, a quiet residential lane perfect for walks or jogs. The property features a private dock, natural shale shoreline, outdoor seating, fire pit, and kayaks just steps away across the quiet road. The waterfront is perfect for swimming, relaxing by the water, or watching some of Keuka Lake's spectacular sunsets.

The third bedroom is designed with flexibility in mind, offering two twin beds that can convert to a king, plus a twin-over-queen bunk bed—a space comfortable for adults and also fun for children and teens. The second full bathroom on this level features a combo tub/shower and a granite topped double vanity. Please note, while bath towels are provided, beach towels are not.

5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
