The main floor is filled with natural light and features an open-concept great room with lake views, plush seating, a large dining area, and a Smart TV with streaming service. Slide open the doors to step out onto a spacious deck, where you can dine al fresco, lounge in the sun, or enjoy the Bluetooth-compatible sound system while taking in views of Keuka Lake.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain—including new appliances, a large island with seating, a beverage center with beverage fridge, and a walk-in pantry with laundry. From casual brunches to BBQs on the back patio, mealtime is effortless and enjoyable. A half bath and welcoming foyer complete the main level, which, along with the top floor, has central air conditioning for comfort in every season.

Downstairs, the lower level offers a second living area with a 55" Smart TV, an air hockey table, and comfortable seating—perfect for movie nights or kids' hangouts. This level also includes a king bedroom with a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with a tile shower. Two AC units provide cooling on this floor.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms and two full baths. The serene primary suite features a king bed and a private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. A second king bedroom offers lake views, and the third bedroom is designed for flexibility with two twin beds (convertible to a king) plus a twin-over-queen bunk bed. The hall bathroom has a combo tub/shower and double vanity. Bath towels are provided; please bring your own beach towels.

4. Where pets are allowed it is indicated. Otherwise, pets are not allowed. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
5. Docking capabilities may vary based on current water levels. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
6. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
