Conveniently located just off of Exit 5 on I-20, this beautiful 1,537 square foot home approximately 10.7 miles from the Augusta National Golf Course. This is a smoke free/pet free home located in the quiet Walnut Grove Subdivision in North Augusta, South Carolina. Neighborhood amenities include a multi-use walking trail, park with picnic area and a playground.
The spacious masters suite features a king size bed with a 50” flat screen TV and a private bathroom with a spa shower and marble double vanity. There are also 2 additional nice sized bedrooms one with a full size bed with a 30” flat screen TV and the other with a queen bed and a 35” flat screen TV. There is a second full size bath, walk-in laundry room and a screened patio room. The large living room has a gas log fireplace and 60” flat screen TV. There is also a pool table, poker table and exercise bike in garage.
All bed linens and towels are included for your stay.
