"The Dew Drop Inn" is located in the heart of Suncadia Resort, on the 18th Hole of the award winning Prospector Golf Course. The whole family will enjoy the well-furnished outdoor living space with views of the 18th fairway and a private Hot Tub! Just across the street is the Suncadia trail that you can walk, hike or bike on through the scenic resort and its many kid friendly parks. This luxury home features 5 bedrooms including 2 Master Suites, and 4 full bathrooms. Twelve guests can sleep comfortably in beds.

This well designed, 2,700 sq. ft. home features a comfortable open-concept great room with vaulted ceilings, a large leather sectional, and a wall of windows facing the golf course. The great room is accented by a floor to ceiling ledge stone gas fireplace and a 70’ TV with Cable.

Just off the great room is a private cobblestone patio with fabulous golf course views, a built-in gas grill, a gas fire pit, and comfy outdoor furniture. The covered patio is a great place to sit back and relax year round!

The well-stocked chef’s kitchen features stainless appliances and a large granite center island for preparing fantastic in-home meals. The dining table seats 6 comfortably, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen island.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* 1st main floor bedroom is a master suite with a king bed, a large TV and a private bath with a large walk-in shower and dual sinks.
* 2nd main floor bedroom is a queen guest bedroom that is closed off by a sliding barn door. Down the hall is a full bath with a walk-in shower.
* 1st upper floor bedroom is a queen guest bedroom that is supported by an adjacent guest bath with dual sinks and a walk-in shower.
* 2nd upper floor bedroom is a junior suite with a queen bed and a private en-suite bath that features a shower/tub combo.
* Just off the upper floor bonus room behind a sliding barn door is a bunk room with two sets of built-in twin/twin bunk beds. The bonus room has a large sectional couch and a 65" TV w/Cable and Blu-Ray.

The central location of the Lodge in Prospector's Reach makes it a fantastic destination to enjoy all the Resort's activities including golf, hiking, bike riding, ice skating, winter tubing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, horseback riding, and river rafting!

(Dew Drop owners have their own dogs that visit the cabin infrequently. The cabin is not pet friendly to renters. Please be advised that individuals with pet allergies may be affected.)

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Swimming Pools and Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a $100 nightly "resort fee" when renting this vacation home. A maximum of 5 cars can be parked in the driveway and Suncadia does not allow any street parking.
