Nancy is the kindest, easiest host I’ve ever worked with! Everything was so clean and beachy! The golf cart was a great ride, and the little swing out front just topped it all off! We will absolutely be renting this property again in the future!

We have stayed in many places at Oceanside Village and this was one of our favorites! Very clean and roomy! Close walk to the beach!! The street the home is located was nice and peaceful! The outdoor swing looking out over the pond was a bonus so relaxing! Would definitely recommend this vacation home!!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. The golf cart came in very handy as we shuttled the kids back and forth from the beach to the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with every convenience. The neighbors were all very friendly. It was a great family vacation!

This property is amazing! The fact that it’s within a gated community and a pool among other amenities. Right across the beach and by one of our favorite restaurants The Conch Cafe. The decor is amazing, the location, the provided tidbits like Tupperware (to be left behind), grill tools, propane, golf cart, laundry detergent, k cup pods, plenty of paper towels, tp, trash bags and a recycling bin outside. It’s quiet here, plenty of room for 5 adults and one child. The outdoor shower to get the sand off. Porch swing. Everything is close by. Super clean. Excellent accommodations. Board games, streaming service, beach toys and gear, it’s clean and modern here. I can’t say enough. Well like to stay away from the hotels and resorts and this is perfect. We’ll be back!

Great house for beach stay

Home owner was great communicator and house was perfect! Very clean and comes with golf cart for community use and to drive you up to beach. Although you can walk to beach in less than five minutes. Had a great stay.

We were very pleased with our stay here. The place was as big and spacious as the pictures made it look! It was super clean and with all updated decor. We could walk to the beach, but it was super convenient having the added golf cart! We have not one complaint. It was perfect for our family
