Short drive to Seabreeze restaurant, very good seafood or few minutes drive to Bubba Gumps, Hooters, Gators on the Pass, or Crabby Bills. Walk over to the fishing dock overlooking Lake Seminole. Enjoy a good game of tennis or just relax by the pool.

The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. Bathrooms include a tub and shower and are fully stocked with towels.
This Florida townhouse is close to everything. Whether you want a night life in downtown St Petersburg, Clearwater or a quite day at the beach. Our favorite restaurant, The Seabreeze, The Conch, is about 1-1.5 miles south of Park Blvd and has excellent seafood and a great happy hour. Go laugh at the Karaoke at Friendly’s Tavern or go get ice cream or homemade fudge at the famous Candy Kitchen. Go to Johns Pass to experience their waterfront restaurants (Bubba Gumps, Hooters, Sculleys), fabulous shopping and water excursions; it's only 5 minutes south. Go 15 minutes north to visit Clearwater Beach for more award winning beaches, amazing restaurants, nightlife, our local star “Winter” from the movie “Dolphin Tale” at the Clearwater Aquarium, and the Pier 60 nightly sunset celebration is only 10 minutes north. St Pete/Clearwater airport is 20 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is 30 minutes away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island is only 45 minutes away. Orlando, Disney, Universal and Sea World, are all only 90 minutes away.
