Just a short walk or drive away, you'll find shopping, dining, sightseeing, and more, all at your disposal. This island paradise beckons, offering the ideal destination for years to come.

Nothing compares to the unobstructed views from this unit! Located on the 5th floor, the balcony offers unobstructed views that stretch for miles. You'll find this condo clean, comfortable, and spacious. The furnishings and décor are meticulously maintained, and you'll discover everything you need to prepare a delightful meal in the fully equipped kitchen. Unwind in the master bedroom on your king-size bed while enjoying TV. The guest bedroom offers great comfort with a double bed. Need more space? Don't forget the sofa sleeper! In the living room, you can watch TV and the waves simultaneously.

Tradewinds will have a building wide project through out Fall and winter 2023 and into Spring 2024. ( Pressure washing, painting and repairs to building.) Please check with out reservation team for updates

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a minimum stay of 60 days (two months) is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be made for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications. This property is professionally managed by Poole and Associates.

Additional information: Parking passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting the management office directly, with a maximum of two parking passes allowed per reservation, accommodating up to two cars. Linens are provided, but guests are encouraged to bring their own beach towels. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, one roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, one trash bag per trash can, and one roll of paper towels.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age or older to rent this property, and photo ID is required at check-in. Smoking is not permitted, and pets are not allowed.

The condo is in need of updating. The carpet in both bedrooms is old and extremely worn and Dirty. We had little kids with us and didn’t want them crawling on the dirty, smelly carpet. You also need to drive 15 miles round trip to pick up the keys and check in. Outdated management company. There wasn’t a frying pan or pot holders so also had to call the mgt company and they went and bought some.

Family beach trip

We had a great time. Would definitely stay here again. It’s conveniently located to most everything. The pool is great especially for the little ones when they get tired of the sand. We loved our stay here. Only thing I would say is that the beds need to be updated. The mattresses are pretty uncomfortable.

The property was beautiful. The pool was extremely nice. Not crowded this time of year. The only complaint is that the WiFi was spotty. We could not stream anything and kept losing connection.

Last minute get a way for Fall break. Love the views from balcony. Condo is older needs to be updated, up date the furniture and bathrooms for sure. Master bed was comfy but guest bedroom needs a new mattress. But overall we had a good week.

Affordable Spot

We only stayed for one night. Place was clean and beds were comfy. Good location, nice pool. But…..the check in is stupid. Because we were only staying a night we wanted to make the most of the day, but the room wasn’t ready until 4:00, and we had to drive offsite to get our key, and drive back to this office 20 mins away to drop off on the way home. I’ll make sure to look for the rental name when booking next time. It was a hassle.

Underwhelmed

Our family of 6 spent a whole week in this condo. It was supposed to sleep 6, however, the couch pull out mattress was so uncomfortable, not even my smallest child could sleep on it. He is 7 and ended up sleeping in the living room chair the whole week. My oldest son tried to make do with the couch cushions. The two bedroom mattresses were fairly comfortable. We also had some issues with the shower but the property management company quickly fixed those. The condo was supposed to have a beach umbrella, vital to being there during the summer, but it was missing. We purchased one and left it in the closet for the next guest. This condo would be fine for 4 people. Overall the condo was a bit of a letdown but served its purpose for the week.

Check in was not on site at location. We had to drive 15mins to pick up and drop keys. This was the first problem because we didn't have a car. They were not willing to bring the keys or pick them up. The building itself was well maintained and clean. However, the place we stayed in was not clean, black mold in master closet, dirt under cabinets, carpet was grimy and furniture was dirty and stained, TV in master did not have a remote, the bed in master still had ripped up plastic from when it was purchased.They did provide a nice assortment of old beach chairs and toys if you picked through the mess in the closet to find what you were looking for.The building directly across from us was under construction and unfortunately they are refurbishing the railings so grinding metal noise from 830A to 430P. This made the balcony unusable and was loud enough to hear in the livong room and kitchen. The rental company offered to move us after several phone calls to them but did not have anything nearby. Essentialy the response was 'it is that season'. I would expect that they would know what is happening at the properties they represent and let guests know before you show up so you can make other arrangements if it is a problem for you. It appears that this construction has been going on for a while. I talked to the manager of the rental company about all this and was told they may offer a reduced rate after checkout.

Just okay at best

Pros: great location, condo was clean, easy booking and check in procedures. And had reasonable price. Cons: unit is pretty dated….the cabinets are very old and in the guest bathroom they’re pretty much deteriorating at the bottom, toilets suck (called maintenance the morning after check in about them not flushing well with only urine and a small amount of TP in them. Maintenance didn’t call us back until the next evening and it seemed to be better by then but still wasn’t great but we weren’t at the condo for them to come and didn’t feel comfortable with them coming with our stuff in there), TV’s didn’t work at all…..one didn’t have a power cord at all (master bedroom TV) and couldn’t get the living room TV to connect to cable, couldn’t get it he link to the internet to work and had horrible service in the condo, there’s only one couch in the living room that seats 3 people comfortably and we had 4 people so we all couldn’t even comfortably lounge around in the living room, guest bedroom mattress is very hard and sheets are like paper. I know why the price is what it was but I wouldn’t stay there again…..spend more and stay somewhere else. Also, the creepy door right outside of the unit is just weird and creepy!

Booking was easy and property was as advertised. Easy access to beach and pool and plenty of activities near us to do. Great arcade for the kids right across the street. Shopping 😊 in Foley! We loved staying here and hope to visit again soon.

Perfect week

The condo was in the perfect location and close enough to attractions at both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. The floor was excellent just high enough for a great view but low enough that you could take the stairs if you wanted. The only down I had for this condo is majority of the electrical plug ins were loss and would not hold what ever needed to be plugged in such as phone chargers or hair dryers as the master bathroom toilet was a little loose, but nothing that made the room unsatisfactory. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Condo itself is old and needs some work in the master bathroom. Pool was dirty with stuff floating on top the water both days mid afternoon. Living area was a nice size room. Easy shot to beach.
