This lovely retreat is nestled in 3.5 acres off a private road in the NW woods, close to Sag Harbor, East Hampton and Wainscott. The 3,600 square foot house features high ceilings, including a double height designer-furnished great room, large deck going down to a heated pool, a screened-in porch perfect for summer breakfast, four spacious bedrooms—two with access to an upstairs deck—and a media room.
The 2-story Post-Modern includes a downstairs primary suite with double-sink bathroom and spa tub and a large junior primary upstairs with skylighted bathroom, along with two other separate bedrooms and an additional lounging/work/TV area. A pro-style kitchen, roomy dining table and a large gas grill make cooking and dining a delight. Plus, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of sun & surf, tennis or golf.

This area has hidden gems, trails & bay beaches that are often overlooked but well-worth exploring.

Great location for your quick jaunts to Hamptons towns and activities and a relaxing retreat when you just want to chill. The tall pines that surround the property means year-round greenery.
