Studio Cottage in the heart of Memphis

Best Studio Cottage in Memphis. Our 1100 square foot private studio cottage, located in the heart of East Memphis, just a few minutes from anywhere, comfortably sleeps up to 6 people. There is a maximum of 2 adults in the cottage per stay unless approved by the host. Guest will need to supply ages of all guest that will be staying before booking. The cottage includes everything a party of 6 would need on vacation or just a weekend away. The studio has been professionally laid out and decorated. We are sure you will love your stay in Memphis.

The space
This quiet studio cottage is 1100 square foot and located in our back yard. It is the perfect place to relax and spend some time in Memphis. The studio contains 2 queen beds, 2 twin pullout beds, huge living area, 1 bathroom, a laundry room with additional sink, a 65 inch smart TV with "Youtube TV", and a full kitchen (including utensils, pots, and pans etc.) The cottage is in a secure safe location and has gated parking for 1 vehicle. It will be the perfect space for you on your gateway.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cottage as well as the shaded back yard for BBQing during their stay. The space is warm and inviting and will accommodate all your needs. Your family will love staying here.

Interaction with guests
We live in the main house, and will be present during your stay. Guests may see us come and go at different times of the day. We are happy to show you around Memphis if desired, or leave you alone, whichever you prefer.

Other things to note
****Absolutely no more than 2 adults and 6 total guest may stay in the cottage. If this rule is broken we will cancel the reservation and ask you to leave.**** We also ask no more than 2 vehicles during your stay. While we are extremely flexible, we do ask that guests check in after 3pm and check out before 11 am.

Friendly Space

My sister in law and I spent a couple days in Memphis at this cottage. It was exactly as advertised. The hosts were great, location absolutely safe and in a lovely neighborhood. I round recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable and safe getaway.

The cottage is even better looking in person than it is in the listing. The owners were more than hospitable, kind, and accomodating. My friend and I were very impressed. Wouldn't have wanted to stay anywhere else, this place was perfect for our little Memphis trip!

Thoughtful host

This location was perfect for our visit to the U of M football game. The owner was very accomodating to our special request and super thoughtful in the layout and furnishing of the space. Plenty of things there we didn't need for this visit, but I can see how they would be helpful to other guests. The weather was chilly, but we stayed warm and comfortable. The space was very clean and pleasantly decorated. Can't think of a thing we needed. We will likely be back for future games, so I hope this space will be available when we need it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Property was very nice and looked exactly like the pictures. Very spacious & open, actually larger than the pictures show. Room to the right of the bathroom has a large washer & dryer, sink & shelving.......was like having a 1/2 bath. Nice neighborhood that we took a daily walk through. Will definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved this cottage

I loved this cottage. I felt instant peace and quiet just pulling into the neighborhood. I loved the pictures on the listing and somehow the cottage was even nicer in person. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfy too. The kitchen had everything that was necessary to make meals. The cottage was 15-20 minutes from everything we wanted to do in Memphis. I met the owners once during our stay and they were very friendly. I have already recommended this cottage to all my friends that may want to visit Memphis and will plan to stay here again when we visit Memphis again.

Roomy studio

Though a studio, this property is room and beautiful. Our family of six slept comfortably, there was plenty of room to rest, and a nice size dining table for our family meals. The hosts were kind and helpful, everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Overall it was a great experience.

Precious Property

This is an adorable farmhouse style cottage located in a lovely E Memphis neighborhood. Rental is very clean and has everything you will need. It is tastefully decorated. The beds are so comfortable and linens smelled amazing. Hopefully on our next visit to Memphis we will be able to rent again, we would definitely return.

Modern clean contemporary

Set near the zoo. We stayed in a clean modern contemporary studio We instantly felt safe and secure , tucked behind a gated sfh. I loved the cleanliness of the place. The hosts gave clear, and concise explanations of the house rules. We came into city for a conference. Our stay in this open, simple ,and contemporary studio, was both a pleasure and an honor. In my opinion this property is unmatched anywhere else in Memphis. We will be back for our next Memphis event. We appreciate all of their well thought out efforts and care.
