Located on beautiful Hebgen Lake 15 minutes from the west entrance to Yellowstone Park, and just minutes to a wide array of options for world class fly fishing, hiking and a variety of outdoor activities. This exclusive property is only available for guest bookings 4 times per year!

John and Kathy have lived in Bozeman, MT for 40+ years. We've raised 3 kids in the Yellowstone/Big Sky Country, and purchased this property as a family retreat and gathering place. We are happy to share our home with others, and we hope you love and enjoy the area as much as we do!
What makes this property unique
This property has three distinct guest levels with group capabilities while also allowing for private spaces and is located directly on the lake, which is just steps out the door! There is a private marina with a private dock set aside for this home's use only. World class trout fishing off the jetty in front of the home, as well as Blue Ribbon river fly fishing 6 miles away! We are also uniquely located just 15 minutes from West Yellowstone, MT, which is the west entrance to Yellowstone Park, making this the ideal vacation get away.
