BATHROOMS: 3/4 bathroom with a walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay in this great condo. The location was great as it is near old town shopping, wonderful restaurants and the brewery district. Parking on location is also a plus.

Property was good and clean. The only problem we had was no one shoveled snow from the steps or the sidewalk which created a condition for sliding on the snow and falling.

Family Visit

This was the perfect location to visit family. We were able to do a lot of things from the Property, walking everywhere. Great restaurants, parks for the little ones and breweries and distilleries for the adults.

Perfect for old town!

This was a great place to stay to experience old town. Great to see these places popping up because there are so few hotels in the downtown area! And now with the stadium being on campus, it is great to have a place close by to stay!

Very cute and clean condo in fantastic location! We were in town to visit our son who goes to CSU and we were able to walk to campus and shopping/restaurants in old town. Corner unit was quiet and private and had lots of amenities for a very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay again :-)

Can’t beat the location!

This property is set is such a quiet and fantastic neighborhood! Waking distance to all the essentials - food, entertainment and shopping. We loved that there was both assigned parking as well as options on the street. And the communication with Stacy was better than any place we’ve stayed yet! Can’t wait to come back!

Quick visit to FC

Our family of 4 had a great stay at this property. It is an easy walk to Old Town, as well as some of the local breweries. We didn't spend much time in the unit, but it was comfortable and clean. There were ear plugs provided, but we didn't notice any outside noise that warranted their use. There is only one AC unit that is located in the living area, so it is probably best to leave the bedroom doors open at night in order to stay cool (during the summer). It was nice to have a designated parking area in the back. I feel like it was priced appropriately.

Marks property is in a great location!! Walk to Old Town or just across the street to the park!

We were in Fort Collins to move our son into CSU. Each day brought a new task and it was great to have a place to just relax. Marks place was perfectly located to a bike rental shop and many great restaurants to enjoy. It was exactly what our family needed. Thank you!

Perfect for our stay in Fort Collins

This was a very last minute booking, because we realized that we preferred to stay in Fort Collins rather than Boulder. We were very pleased with the communication and ease of booking. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood directly across the street from the library. We walked to Old Town everyday to shop and eat. It is a quick walk to any of the shops or restaurants. We look forward to staying here again when we return to Fort Collins!

Nice Rental in a Great Location

We stayed at this unit while visiting Fort Collins for a wedding and were very happy with the accommodations. The condo was clean and nicely furnished and in a great walkable location. Every neighbor we met was friendly and helpful. It's worth noting that most of the electrical outlets are only 2-pronged, so keep this in mind when packing electronics- luckily we always travel with a power strip, so this wasn't a big deal. Overall, it was a great place and we enjoyed our stay.
