The Firehouse Alley Loft will enchant you the moment you arrive with its’ elegance and historic charm. It has all the classics of a downtown loft with high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and a gorgeous clawfoot tub. It is also perfectly located in the Heart of Downtown so that you can walk to restaurants, night life, shopping and more - right out your front door. You won’t want to leave this historic gem!

Imagine exploring Downtown Fort Collins, enjoying local food and music, and then relaxing in our beautifully restored loft-style home! Walk to the Little Bird Bakeshop for coffee and baked goods to start your day, or take a yoga class right next door at Old Town Yoga. In the evening head to Magic Rat for live music and visit the Sunset Lounge for lovely drinks and jazz music. Or enjoy a glass of wine in the lush courtyard and spark up the gas grill for a delicious home-cooked meal. Then rejuvenate yourself by taking a hot bath in the clawfoot tub and sinking into bed after a day of touring the Historic Downtown area.

For active and outdoor enthusiasts, the Poudre River Trail is a short bike ride away and we're within an hour of Denver, Estes Park, and The Rocky Mountain National Park!

This is a located in a unique and interesting old building in downtown Fort Collins. I was initially drawn to the photos that depict old charm, along with the high ratings, but this place needs some updating and cleaning. Not true to the photos in my opinion. It is old and contains a very strong odor which permeates when you enter. Kind of creepy….There is also an unusual and mysterious set of stairs down to an underground basement which is roped off with a sign stating “ No entry beyond this point”. There is a banister near the staircase but seems unusual.Not sure I would stay here again. The windows do not open, but there are a few fans that you can use to help with the foul odor. There is a pull out couch, plus an additional bedroom with glass doors though the curtains are very sheer and see through, so not at all private if in a group. The one great feature of this place is the location in downtown old Fort Collins which is so close to everything, and within walking distance to many of the cool and interesting places downtown. Overall for the cost I would not stay here again.

Perfect Location

Visiting my son in FOCO for 5 days and stayed at the Firehouse Alley. What a perfect property to take in all the action that FOCO has to offer. Located right off one of the main drags we were able to walk to everything we needed. Nice off street reserved parking. We were worried being in that location of nighttime noise but once 9pm came around it very quiet. The property was very well stocked with everything we needed and extremely clean, neat and organized. The only thing was we were unable to find live local news on the tv but had over 200 channels. I highly recommend this property and looking forward to return again

Perfect location and wonderful space. The loft is even bigger than it appears, a great place to hang with tons of light and well stocked with everything we needed. Was great to walk to everything FC has to offer.

Quick family trip for college tour

Enjoyed this home very much. Location was great. We were nervous about noise/ light being in the middle of old town but found it a perfect little secret hideaway. We loved being able to walk to everything.

Great property in downtown Fort Collins. Walk and/or bike to shops, etc.

The space was bigger than it looked in the photos. Very quiet during our weekday stay. Very comfortable, nicely decorated with antiques and modern touches. Only a block from downtown. My only suggestion - an umbrella for the outside table. Thank you for sharing this property.

Great Location Nice Place

The location was excellent, very close to all of the shops/restaurants, two parking spaces included was useful as there is not a lot of parking in the area. The house was nice and spacious for a 1 bedroom, amenities described were accurate. The yard needed some spring cleanup but was not important to us. The check in and out process was fine but the times to check in and out were not typical, they require an early check out and late check in as preferred and disclosed by the host but in our experience, other bookings have had more accommodating times. We requested a 1 hour later to 11am checkout and was asked to pay a $75 convenience fee.

The perfect place if you want to walk into town, literally steps away, to eat, drink, shop or people watch. The hone is outstanding! Large enough to stretch out but cozy enough and very welcoming. Highly highly recommended!

Unique and comfortable homr

My adult daughter and I stayed a few days in this gorgeous and unique property. We lived the space, comfortable bed, lots of seating and everything we needed for the stay. Everything worked, kitchen had what we needed and the central location was so easy to stroll from for dinner, bars and shopping. Parking spaces were provided and were key! My only negative with the location was noise. Being in the middle of all the bars and restaurants meant trash pickup at very early hours. Dumpsters every day or so being emptied in the surrounding parking lots and alleys. The property manager did provide ear plugs and they were put to good use. Thoughtful touch! Just good to know. Would definitely recommend a stay here! It really was a lovely place.
