Hi Jennifer, thanks for your review. We are happy to know you enjoyed the cleanliness, location, & it had everything you needed! The office is located 1.7 miles from Southern Sands and we provide the check-in instructions in advance so all guests know what to expect. The parking permits cannot be left in the unit and the housekeepers are not responsible for that. It is a short and simple stop before heading to the vacation home! This unit is equipped with keyless entry so there are no keys to return upon departure. Simply follow the provided self-checkout instructions and head on home, no stopping by the office (no keys to return, making it a breeze). We have no way to provide parking permits or info without the guests stopping by to pick up their packet. It is easy. We hope to see you back again soon!
