One of Folly's Best! This 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse is located in the charming Water's Edge in Folly Beach SC. Water's Edge is just a few short blocks away from downtown Folly and a short walk from the beach. Downtown Folly is full of wonderful restaurants, bars, shopping and a beautiful pier overlooking Folly Beach. Water's Edge is a secluded neighborhood tucked away from the strip but still close to everything. This adorable townhouse has hardwood floors and is 1660 Sq Ft. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. This property has many great amenities and you will relax while sitting on the patio enjoying the beautiful Folly River views. Watching the sun set from one of the two screened in private balconies will be a daily treat! There is a community pool available for your use just a few doors down from this townhouse. River Walk does not allow pets. This is a non-smoking community. Please book with confidence. This property is licensed by the city of Folly Beach as a vacation rental - License Number LIC005365. Loved the walkability of this location and the views, along with dock access. We fished and crabbed both days, and thoroughly enjoyed walking to dinner and the beach. All Furniture in the house is comfortable, and it included most necessities. The management company was very responsive and we overall loved our stay. Would book this again for sure! Rooms are spacious and garage is large enough for 2 cars!

Things to fix.

Needs a new kitchen trash container, and refrigerator bins. The outside cushions need to be washed or replaced.

Perfect location

For our first time at Folly Beach we picked this unit based on pics but did not really know how close it was to everything. You can walk everywhere in town if you wanted to. The welcome book did say "guests enjoy golf cart rides" and we were excited to maybe not have to move our vehicle for the week and just use the golf cart but found out that it was not for guest use unfortunately. We would absolutely stay at this location again
