At the end of a long day on the water, retire to the queen bedroom w/TV and semi-private bath, or retreat to one of 2 bedrooms on the third level that shares a full bath, one with pyramid bunk with trundle and TV, and one with a queen bed and TV. Both bedrooms have sliders to a sunny soundside deck with views of the sound and lighthouse. For some downtime, escape to the loft game room with air hockey table, foosball, TV/DVD and deck access. Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
