Beach Front Condominium conveniently located in the heart of Isla Verde Beach and the center of the City.

The apartment is located on a 16th floor of the West tower offering a spectacular unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean. Privileged location, unlike the East Tower, we have zero noise from parties at The Water Club Rooftop right across the East Tower.

Central AC- Replaced July 2019, in addition to ceiling fans in living room and bedroom - fantastic natural ocean breeze and sound of waves.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Fully equipped kitchen and dining room seats for 4 guests.

Balcony: The best place in the house! Just as you see in the main picture. Romantic and magic where you will spend most of your time relaxing & people watching down at the beach.

The Building has direct access to the beach, pool, BBQ area, playground, basketball court, tennis court, laundry room, and a garden.

The Neighborhood:

Location, Location, Location! Everything you need is at walking distance. Close to casinos, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, car rentals, water sports and a vibrant nightlife for all ages. Isla Verde is a well-known tourist spot in Puerto Rico with plenty of opportunities to explore and experience Puerto Rico’s uniqueness.

The airport is a 5-10 minute drive. The upscale Condado district is a 7-10 minute drive. Old San Juan is 10-15 minutes away depending on traffic.

Public transportation from/to Isla Verde and Old San Juan is also available across the street. Taxi cabs as well as Uber are readily available.

Impeccable view

This view will forever be in my greatest memories! The location and convenience are great. All the restaurants across the street and buildings were lovely. The apartment was cozy and comfortable and the breeze is just amazing! Thank you Sonia and Felix for hosting us!

5 Stars – A Perfect Stay!I absolutely loved my stay at this VRBO rental! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated. Everything I needed was provided, from a well-stocked kitchen to cozy bedding. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything I wanted to explore. Communication with the owners was great; they were very responsive. The condo was neat and cozy with an excellent view and just steps from the beach. it is located near Walgreens, shops, restaurants, and a quick Uber ride to anywhere else.

For the money, this condo is the best deal in San Juan. The hosts are great. We had to change our reservation dates for medical reasons and even though we were past the 100% refund date, Sonia refunded pur money.

A Beach View to Remember

Excellent location, with a view north, which means you don’t get baked by the sun when you want to sit on the balcony, but when you want to get sun, you are only a few feet away from a wonderful beach, perhaps the best in Puerto Rico.

Great Vacation Place to Stay!!

The apartment was very clean and very well maintained. The view has to be one of the best balcony views in Isla Verde. We lived in Isla Verde a long time ago and frequently visit since we moved to the States. This apartment is the best overall apartment we have stayed at. We will definitely be back.

the only place we stay when visiting PR!

This is the 3rd time my husband and I have stayed at Felix and Sonia's. The place is amazing, and the view can't be beat! We tried one year staying in Condado, and while it's a lovely area, we spent much of our vacation that year wishing we were on the balcony at Felix and Sonia's, it's the best place to be, and we'll most definitely be back!

Exactly As Advertised

The place was great and exactly as seen in posted pictures. All windows, great view, lots of sunlight. Small kitchen, but gets the job done and has everything you need. Hosts supplied starters of everything from dish soap/sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soaps etc...which is very helpful as some places I've stayed supply absolutely nothing at all, and who wants to go shopping for that stuff while on vacation?! Beach was nice and well maintained, though can get a bit crowded, and the pool is nice as it is on the larger size and really never seemed to be too crowded actually. The hosts were great, supplied a welcome package with helpful information on restaurants, activities and the like. They were also very easy to get in touch with and responsive to ant questions I had. overall, a great stay and would come to this unit again

We Didn’t Want to Leave

The apartment and host were exceptional.There’s no way one could ever find a better place to stay while in Puerto Rico.We were able to enjoy the amenities the property offered and really, how can one not enjoy having access to several beaches just by walking out the doors.The host was generous with the information they shared about, anything and everything, about the property.Never had a problem just lots of fun.Looking forward to coming back to this place next year.

Wonderful! Million Dollar View is an Understatement!

We always enjoy staying at this property. It's clean and comfortable and a great property with a beautiful view of Isla Verde. Hopefully, the air conditioning situation is resolved for future visits. The owners are wonderful and accommodating. We will rent this property again in the future!

A rare gem.

If you are looking for an immaculately clean property, with a million dollar view, on the safest beach in San Juan, this is the property for you. Hosts are super organized and kind. Tons of eateries, a great supermarket, car rentals and casinos, all within easy walking distance.

Idyllic tropical vacation

My wife and I stayed at Felix and Sonia's immaculate property - we felt welcome and cared for immediately upon check-in. The apartment was beautiful and clean and filled with light. Every detail was taken care of - the kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked with everything we could need. There were beach chairs and a cooler for the quick elevator ride down to the beautiful sandy beach. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've had over the course of our travels. We would definitely stay here again and again. The hosts were easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any question. Thank you Felix and Sonia!

AMAZING

My boyfriend and I stayed there for a couple days and we absolutely loved it. The view is amazing, you could not be any closer to the beach. And there’s even a pool too! The apartment is also very close to surrounding restaurants and bars that you can walk to, eliminating the need for a car which was perfect. Would definitely recommend!!

Great home base for 1st time!

The location was great-just 10 min from the airport, but also located on a beautiful beach so we could relax in the sun or grab a bite to eat across the street. The room was furnished with beach towels & a little cooler that came in handy for our day trips to nearby beaches. Overall- this was a great home base for our adventures across the island. Property owners were very responsive and communicated everything we needed to know ahead of time. Highly recommend!

Breathtaking Views!

I cannot say enough about the location of this beautiful beachfront condo! All windows look out onto the ocean and the balcony catches every breeze.
