The location was excellent. Many great restaurants within walking distance as well as the grocery store. We used taxi to get to old San Juan which is then very walkable as well.

The listing was spot-on accurate and the entire process from booking to check-in was clear and stress-free. VERY clean and comfortable rooms and the place was very "beach ready." Everything worked perfectly. Loved the location as everything you could need or want was within walking distance or a short ride into the city. The beach was fabulous with low to moderate crowds. The communication from the host was quick and precise. We hope to stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful condo, beautiful location

My spouse and I stayed for two weeks in this well-located and well-appointed condo. Communication with owners was fantastic- we had a problem with the AC and they came over right away. FYI there is no oven; just a cooktop. Highly recommend!

Everything was great except that the pool was broken and we were not told in advance so that we had the option to change to a different location - it was important to have the pool and the beach. The beach was beautiful and we appreciated the cooler and chairs. The area was great with alot in walking distance. Place was nice and bed was comfortable. Would definitely go back!

Great location

This property is very clean and Alice was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. The view can’t be beat. Especially having morning coffee on the balcony. We rented a car but it was not needed. Everything is right there. 24 pharmacy and restaurants. Beach chairs provided but you can rent a lounge chair and umbrella at the beach.

A much needed few days away from the cold. The area is perfect with most things within walking distance. place was clean and will meet all your basic needs. The facility and the apartment is a bit dated and requires some updates. The gate outside the door made me a bit apprehensive, but it turn out to be okay.

A nice place with private beach access. It is very comfortable and mostly described accurately. A few things to note: there is not a hot tub as mentioned in the description and regardless of the length of your stay, you get four towels. I was there for a week and expressed to Alice my need for more. Upon arrival, Davis and Alice did accommodate me. And they accommodated my early check-in request that was agreed to before hand.

Please, i repeat please.. clean the bidet! After using i was sick for 12 hours on my vacation. Other than that, bed was comfortable, place was clean. Hallways and elevators were not air conditioned and smelled of farm animals. Overall 8/10.

Perfect Stay in Puerto Rico

This is the third time staying in this condo, and it is safe to say that my mom and I love it. The owners are easy to work with, and they are great with communication. The place is always clean, and it has a beautiful view of the beach. The beach is literally a few steps away from the condo. My mom and I feel very safe on the beach here, and in the building. Everything we need is within walking distance, and it is about a 10 minute drive from the airport. The building is secure from the street and from the beach. The pictures of the listing are accurate. The bed is very comfortable. We love Puerto Rico and we love this condo. We are starting to plan our next trip already, and we will definitely be booking this place!

Exactly what we needed

My husband and I just returned home from our stay and we are so grateful we found this spot!Located in the Isla Verde neighborhood in PR, this is a high rise apartment/condo situation right on the beach. Alice and Davis have recently renovated their one bedroom spot and it is excellent. Aside from the excellent location and direct access to the beach, the property in general is well maintained, very secure, and has lots to offer. The apartment is VERY clean, which is the most important part of finding a good place to stay. Something really important to me is good lighting in the bathroom, especially over the tub/shower and this was there for me! There were plenty of towels for the amount of time we were there. We really appreciated the beach supplies included with the apartment, and were so grateful to find a cooler! The kitchen was fully equipped and we used it daily for breakfast and ate outside on the balcony. What a great view too!If/when we find ourselves back in PR, we will definitely look this place up and recommend to family or friends. Thank you for hosting us!

We loved the location and the staff was great with accommodating one extra person last minute. They were very understanding and helpful! Location is within walking distance to everything. I took one start off because the neighbor upstairs was being noisy when we were outside talking, they were right at their window looking. But other than that it was very nice.

Power Outage

Unfortunately their was a huge power outage on the island and this property had no power at the time I had to check in. Not the owners fault and she helped getting me back my refund because VRBO does hassle you on trying to get your money back even with me telling them their is no power on that side of the island. Otherwise the property was as advertised. The room is quite large with a fairly large balcony. Full kitchen and fairly easy getting in and out. So as the review for the room to me is a A for the price.
