Located next to some of the finest hotels in Puerto Rico, with direct access to one of the best urban beaches in the world, we offer you a hidden gem.

Enjoy a magnificent view of the ocean from the 18th-floor balcony while you have breakfast or a cup of coffee in the morning. The apartment, the pool and surrounding areas have been beautifully renovated.

The apartment is fully equipped with Smart TV, stateside cable stations, and free wifi. There is a magnificent King size bed.

The building has 24 x 7 security, and there is available parking.

The building has a power generator for common area lights and elevators.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Be sure all water faucets are off and take out the trash from the kitchen and bathroom areas.
Don't leave dirty dishes inside the dishwasher, and if you would be so kind strip down the beds your group used and leave the sheets on top of the beds. We would be very grateful.
Remember that unfortunately, we won't be able to ship any items left behind in the property. Remember to leave the electronic key on the key holder. If you take it with you, you will be charged $75

The room was clean, had a beautiful balcony that we enjoyed in the morning and at night with beach/ocean views. Pool was also large and nice. There is noise from planes due to proximity of airport but really wasn’t obnoxious. Close to shops, pharmacies and restaurants. Direct beach access, would stay here again!

This was our second year staying at this lovely unit and we hope to arrange 2-3 weeks next year! Location, beach, neighborhood (walkable to groceries, restaurants and entertainment). Quick Uber to airport and Old San Juan. Host is great - very helpful instruction book and responsive to any questions. We can't think of any negatives, except maybe remove the snow we came home to in CT!

The condo had everything we needed and more. 2 beach chairs and 1 lounger, a cooler, beach blanket, beqch towels, snorkel, fins, sand toys, rolling carry cart, sun screen, bug spray, coffee & filters, etc. The view from the balcony was very nice but full sun so a bit to hot to sit out there for to long. The bed was very comfortable. The facility pool was large and clean and accessible to the beach. The units parking spot was very convenient being located right next to the entry door and elevators. We used the laundry area which is in the plaza area and open to the outdoors so we did not have to sit in a hot laundry room while our clothes were washing. The condo is in a perfect location for restaurants, beach, casino, necessities.

Very Good communication. Comfortable room. Great view. Well stocked. Loved using the provided beach chairs. Great beach access. Parking was very convenient. Definitely touristy section of town. Eating places were more of a walk up than drive to. If we were just going close by Ubers would have been better than a car. But we had planned some trips outside the city. I would have liked to had some washcloths. And showers were usually Luke warm to cold. But I would stay there again.

Amazing 5-star stay!

If you’re looking to visit PR on a budget this is the perfect room to book! It was in a great location to visit the beach and take very short Ubers to old PR and sight seeing. The room was very clean with all amenities that were advertised. 5/5 will stay again and recommend to family and friends!

The property was very clean and was plenty of room for a couple. This property is so close to everything that was needed. Security was always around doing their jobs. No problems at all with the property or the owners they were always quick to respond and let us stay a little longer than checkout because it was not rented the day we left and that was very nice to accommodate us til time to get our flight home. I would most definitely stay here again!!

Building is in a great area close to everything you expect to see in a metropolitan city. This is the only place I stay when going to PR. and look forward to many more trips. The room has a spectacular view!!!

Love Puerto Rico!

The location was great! 3 minute walk to beach. We had a view of the ocean which was wonderful. A few things need to be upgraded though…towels were pretty worn and we had trouble getting hot water in the kitchen. The building is great and we had a marvelous time!
