Rest, relax and unwind at St Andrews Common villa #1958, centrally located in world famous Palmetto Dunes Resort. St. Andrews is a lushly landscaped community close to shopping, the beach, walking/biking paths, golf and wildlife. Only a 8 minute bike ride to beach. Beach Bikes are included in your stay! Swim or sun at the beautiful Saint Andrews Common pool, which is one of the nicest pools in Palmetto Dunes. The pool is just steps away. Don’t worry about bringing beach chairs – we have them at the condo for you to use! Don't want to drive? From April 1 to September 9, take the Palmetto Dunes buggy to the beach for free! And, it will come back and pick you up. It also takes guest over to Shelter Cove where you will find a Kroger grocery store and lots of restaurants and shopping. Palmetto Dunes is a 5 star resort located mid island on beautiful Hilton Head Island. Rent canoes right down the street inside of Palmetto Dunes and explore the 11 mile lagoon inside Palmetto Dunes. You can also rent fishing equipment to fish from the beach or lagoon. This condo has been updated and is very cute and comfortable.

We have a great cleaning crew. Just changed cleaning company in August 2025. It is always clean and smells nice. We regularly do deep cleans to keep condo extra clean.

After the golfers are done for the day, walk out the door and stroll over to the lagoon on the 15th hole of the Fazio golf course and watch the hundreds of sea birds returning for the day to their roost. Take a bike ride or stroll on the cart paths after twilight.

The living room offers a spacious gathering area. New swivel rockers and sofa added in spring 2023. You can even have a fire in the infrared fireplace during the winter months, if it gets chilly outside. French doors open out onto a private, walled courtyard. A LCD 43” flat screen TV with high- definition cable with DVR, blu-ray and hundreds of cable channels is set up for your enjoyment. High speed internet allows you to work or send emails to friends to say what a great time you are having.
Palmetto Dunes Resort has a storied history of offering unparalleled golf experiences for guests from around the world. The internationally acclaimed Palmetto Dunes Resort Tennis and Pickleball Center features 26 (including 8 pickleball courts) clay courts and 2 Nova pro bounce courts which are all lighted for night play. The Center offers a full schedule of seasonal activities, instructional programs and daily round robin tournaments as well as the Monday tennis exhibition. Pickle ball is a very popular sport on Hilton Head. This is a great place to learn the sport or for experienced players to play every day, if they want to!

The bedroom has a queen bed with a new adjustable mattress. Enjoy lots of closet space and storage. If extra sleeping accommodations are needed, there is a sleeper sofa with a foam topper you can use. Sleeper sofa is intended for someone under 150 pounds or 2 small children. This condo can easily sleep up to 2 adults and 2 small children.

This condo has a modern, updated kitchen that is fully furnished. For your morning coffee, there is a Mr. Coffee and a Keurig. All the pots and pans, utensils and dishware you will need are here. Blend away with a powerful Ninja blender. Serve lunch or breakfast at the sit at bar.

You can pack light…brand new washing machine and dryer are in the condo.

The shady, private patio is delightful for enjoying the outdoors.. Patio furniture was just updated May 20, 2025 after review that mentioned rusty patio furniture) enjoy coffee or cocktails in the new outdoor seating area.
You will have access to all the amenities of Palmetto Dunes Resort. Bike or ride on the Dune Buggy to the beach which is just a short distance away. This is a beautiful, private beach. The Dunes House is a great place to enjoy lunch, dinner or cocktails. This is a great place to meet people or just watch the sunset.
We always recommend the PD General Store. Need a t-shirt or sweatshirt or memory of HHI? Need a cooler or drinks? Want some great coffee? Well, the General Store is your place to stop. It is a bike ride or even a walk away. They even have the best fried chicken and barbeque on the island! And the kids will love the ice cream…there is a kid in all of us! You can just enjoy that barbeque right there at the picnic tables.
Outfitters rents canoes and kayaks by the hour to explore the 12 miles of lagoons inside of Palmetto Dunes.
