4th back from ocean front. Brand new gorgeous flooring throughout, 3/24. Beautifully decorated, ocean view villa just steps to the beach and centrally located to restaurants, shops and bars. Fully equipped kitchen and modern bath. Queen sleeper sofa. Beach chairs and bikes are provided. Perfect for a couples getaway.

Recently updated condo with LVP flooring and full standing shower. Incredible ocean views, large smart tv in the living room and bedroom. Modern fully equipped kitchen with anything you may need to cool meals. Bedroom has brand new king VERY COMFORTABLE mattress set.


We are locals and would love to specialize your vacation for you, we can leave flowers or champagne if you are celebrating something.

Excellent place to stay. Wonderful communication with the host. Very easy to check in and check out. Access to the beach was quick and painless.Be aware- there is only one small elevator in the building and it is located at the opposite end of the building from the unit. The unit is on the 2nd floor, not including ground floor. Carrying items up the stairs is a bit of a task.Awesome place to stay!!!

Perfect getaway for a family of 4. The picture on the site is exactly that beautiful. All the accommodations were there and the condo was CLEAN! Short walk to the beach. Pool was cool during the day and a slight warm at night which helped my aching back (long drive in). Definitely will be booking here again!! Perk was the cookies in the room. The grandkids loved them A rating

We stayed for two nights during the RBC Heritage. The location was very convenient with great views and access to the beach. The unit was very clean and had a good kitchen area. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay. Kendall the host was very quick and helpful with responding to any questions I had. We loved the 2 bikes that were included. The ocean view from the balcony is even better than in the pictures. We appreciated having a small amount of soaps, paper towels, etc to get started before getting to the store. The condo was very clean. The beach was even closer than I had expected. We would stay again!

The location was perfect! So close to Coligny and Starbucks. Loved having bikes to ride around the island. The condition of the beach was just wonderful for walking. Our bathroom was a bit small but doable.

Fantastic location. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. We walked to and from shops and restaurants via the beach. The condo’s beach access to the Coligny Beach access where the shops and restaurants were was less than 1/2 a mile, making it an easy and beautiful walk.
