Our family vacation was a beautiful memorable one and this lovely home was certainly part of it. It’s very spacious and accommodating. Meda went above and beyond to help us in ways we never expected.
Spacious and clean with everything you need! Washer and dryer was a huge plus - plenty of clean towels for bathing and beach and my favorite spot was the balcony hammock … we borrowed the beach hammock and set it up in the trees at hull bay beach (beautiful and a close drive just down the street… I was stressed packing up my family for departure when the host stopped by and was so gracious and kind - offering to help in any way … finding your way around the island can be tricky and locating the home was a bit challenging for me but the host was very responsive and helpful with directions and the had the house manager meet me to help me find it!

I love it when my guest are happy. My goal is to keep my guest always happy. Thank you much.
Terence was a great guest to have. I would happily rent to him and his friends again in the future. Is satisfying to know our guest was pleased with their stay.
Our host was beyond amazing and the house is absolutely beautiful. The house has so many extras like beach towels, beach chairs, etc… please note you have to rent a four-wheel-drive to get to the property and it was hard to find but the host met us at a gas station up the road. We had no problems finding it after that. The roads are rough but worth the view from the top of a hill. The outdoor patio area was spectacular. We never found our way to the beach by walking. It’s pretty complicated but Megan’s beach is only about a 20 minute drive. Sapphire Beach was our favorite, but it’s about a 30 minute drive. There’s a great grocery store, Moe’s, close by. The house was clean but the kitchen needed a deep cleaning. I advise the host and I’m sure she got it taken care of. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

We were a group of 7 friends who traveled to St Thomas and stayed at Mida's property. From the very beginning Mida was very responsive and also helped us plan out trip as well. The place is extremely beautiful and the view is absolutely gorgeous!

Immaculate home, great floor plan, views and hospitality!
Mida was super helpful. We have friends on the island and prior to our arrival they coordinated together and both came to pick us up at the airport. Mida is a great host with an amazing home that she designed. The home is very spacious with a massive deck area providing 180° views to the north. I highly recommend this as a destination. The location is in a peaceful neighborhood on the north side away from the city and larger neighborhoods. We were two families that wished to stay another week!
This was our first time staying on St Thomas. This house and the views were the best part of a three week trip. Our guests did not want to leave the front balcony after morning coffee and evening wine. Our host was great and very responsive to questions. She designed and built the house so it is special to her and lucky for us to share it.You will need a car to use the house. Plus you will need nerves of steel to drive anywhere in St Thomas. The surrounding area is a bit of culture shock with the chickens and goats. Nothing is within walking distance but beaches are close and there is a spectacular seafood restaurant called Fish Bar nearby.

Disliked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy
Needs upgraded
The location of the property is up a dirt road that was muddy the entire time. The view was nice but too many inconveniences from outlets not working, fans not working, tv not working, ants on counter in master bath and mice seen at running across the master bedroom floor. Also having to ask for toilet paper just made it seem like it wasn't really ready to rent to my standards.

Perfect Place for Families who are Willing to Drive for Gorgeous View Overlooking the Island
Mida was an outstanding hostess, and the house was fantastic. Everything was spotless when we arrived, and the house had all we needed and more. There were plenty of towels (plus a washer and dryer!) and dishes (we cooked breakfast there every morning, plus a few other meals). Mida was beyond accommodating, from lending us snorkel gear for our kids, to sweeping and washing our breakfast dishes one day, to bringing a bandage at 11:00 at night. She was a simple text or phone call away at all times. She even brought us fresh star fruit the last night, which our teenagers loved. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. If you’re willing to drive these steep roads (our husbands did great!), I highly recommend renting a villa rather than staying at the crowded resorts on the beaches. You get a true taste of the island by exploring the roads and staying among the locals.

It's the first time visiting St Thomas and we had a wonderful experience at Midas's house. The road to the house was quite steep but my husband learnt to navigate around the neighborhood quickly. The house is spacious for our family of eight. The kitchen is well stocked. We love the balcony. We had dinner there every day we were there. We spotted the iguanas as well. The view is amazing. Mida was VERY helpful. We came rather tired, and she brought us pantry items then stopped by the grocery store and bought a few items for us so I can prepare breakfast the next morning. It's just amazing the host is willing to do that for you. Mida and her nephew live in the basement so she responds very quickly. Thank you Mida for a wonderful experience! 5 stars.

Beautiful ocean view from spacious property! House is in a remote place up windy bumpy roads. Property manager offered to meet us at airport then very patiently waited for us with luggage and rental. I didn’t request this but turns out this escort was necessary to find the property. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. We spent most of our time on the large deck overlooking island and water. The kitchen has great potential but poorly lit. Just one overhead light so challenging to cook and wash dishes. We did ask for sharper knives which they provided. No dishwasher. The owner and family live in the basement of the house. At one point I noticed something was moved in a bedroom so asked them. They told me they did come into the house to get something without asking.
Nice relaxing week after Christmas. If you want peace and quiet, this is a great place. Very rural place with a spectacular view from a massive covered veranda. There is a large table out there, a high top bar area and a grill. The rest of the house is as advertised.
We did go to Moe’s Fresh Market for groceries which is a very short drive. It is a little hidden from sight if coming from the house. I was very surprised how well it was stocked. We ate about a 1/3 of our meals at the house. Hull Bay Beach is about a 7 min drive, Magens Bay Beach is about a 15 min and if going to Red Hook area it is about 30 min. You definitely need a car if staying here. Also you need to be careful because the roads can be steep at times and narrow.
Mida was an excellent host. Good communication and she also had good recommendations on the beaches and places to eat at. There is a lot of variety within 25 minutes, all depends on your palate.

Excellent !
We have a wonderfull time in this place.
The view is spectacular at the ''apero time'' and it is so quiet during the night ! For sure a relaxing place near everythings... but you need a car to go there.
The owner was waiting for us at the ferry and she bring us at the car rental at the airport... and then she drive us to the house... never see a service like that !
Lot of place for our group (8 persons).
Thanks and enjoy life at USVI !

Beautiful Home. Spectacular view
Great for a big family or a small group. My family and I stayed a week and we were very impressed with how beautiful and open this house was. The ocean view from the balcony was stunning, You will definitely need a car because the location is a little remote. But it's so worth it.
