Clean, nicely decorated unit, well-appointed kitchen, very close to the beach. Nice walk to the heart of Manzanita’s restaurants and shops. As advertised, it is a studio, but it is really roomy. Pleasant private patio too.

We had such an amazing time here! This is by far the cleanest VRBO we have stayed in. A few houses from the beach, across the street from the golf course, and a 10 minute walk to town on the beach. The owners are kind, respectful and have created a serene space with the world’s most comfortable bed and pillows which is essential! A small patio on both sides to sit and enjoy the birds. While this is located in the lower level of the main house, it is private and has soaring ceilings which they gave great attention to when building this addition. You would have no idea someone was above you. This place is fantastic. We will be back!

Loved this place. Nice amenities, spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful hosts. Very close to beach and about a ten minute walk to town. Hope to stay here again!

Lovely to relax and enjoy the beach

Being a close walk to the beach makes going down early easy. Just a few miles from all there is to do on the Nehalem River, too. Well organized and very comfortable studio - having a laundry helps keep up with kids!
