Located at the most pristine, quiet and exclusive beach in the whole area, 50 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta's Airport. Close to everything but away from noise and crowds.

We want to offer you the ideal place to rest and relax.

(Without additional guests, children or pets).
· This is not a place for parties or smokers.

We are at the most pristine and exclusive beach in the whole area.
Where you can running, swimming, snorkeling, fishing, kayaking or just walking and fill you of the tremendous energy that exists in this paradise.

An excellent place to rest or enjoy an unforgettable honeymoon.
Close to everything but away from noise and crowds, thanks to that we are located in a rustic road close to the main avenue, where is bus stop. A mile of dirt road where any type of car can circulate.

There is a famous restaurant 100 mts from us “El Barracuda“ (13:00-20:00 hrs.) but all Restaurants, Grocery stores and Laundry are at Punta de Mita downtown just 8 minutes driving. ( 4 miles walking ).

You can take taxis but if you rent a car, you can also visit some interesting nearby sites.

The Studios have a kitchenette so we recommend you stop along the way, there are food stores where you can buy wáter, food supplies, and cheap towels for the beach.

STUDIOS SOL (Third Floor without elevator): have a queen size bed, a twin size bed, dressing room, bathroom, kitchenette ( equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and kitchenware ) also a small lateral terrace overlooking beach and ocean.

Occupancy 2 persons.

Upon arrival, we request a deposit 200 USD cash, which will be refundable upon departure.

Free parking inside the facilities.
Easy access to the pool, and the beach.
We provide bath towels, but not pool and beach towels.

We organize trips: Kayaking, Snorkeling, Surfing, Whale Watching, Marieta's Islands tour (Beach of Love), Hike (Monkey Mountain), Canoping, Golfing and much more ...

- Out of respect for the neighbors, it is important that music does not exceed a moderate volume and ends before 23:00 hrs.
- The pool schedule is from 8:00 to 20:00 hrs.
- The air conditioning schedule is from 20:00 to 8:00 hrs.
- Upon arrival, we request a good faith deposit, 180 USD cash, which will be refundable upon departure.
- Check in time is after 15:00 and Check out 23:00 hrs. Mexico’s central Time.
