The Real Gem only leaves people satisfied in this Modern yet cool and calming home. Supplied with fresh linens, a clean atmosphere, and beautiful views of the Sombrero Peak Mountains, this vacation spot is nothing less than your modern oasis.

Equipped with Memory Foam Mattresses-1 King Sizie Master Bed with attached Master Bath with jacuzzi, 1 King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size Bed, 2 Twin Size Beds tub, and 1 Queen Size top of the line Intel Pillow Top Air Mattress.

This vacation rental has a pool with a waterfall that can be used day and night from April-November as it is not heated. There are lights all around the perimeter to keep the fun going, even after dark. There is an outdoor grill area that also allows people to grill their favorite meals.

Location is great! Less than 5 minutes to the Tucson Premier Outlet Mall (which is Beautiful by the way), 10 minutes to Top Golf, 5 minutes to trails for hiking the Sombrero Peak Mountains, and 20 minutes to University of Arizona.

The house was in great condition and very clean! Quiet neighborhood in walking distance to shops or food. No back yard neighbors either. The host was very responsive when the AC went out and had someone there that day to fix it for us! We did a lot of cooking in so having a full kitchen of utensils, pans, etc was nice! Beautiful pool and grill area!

We absolutely loved our stay at Continental Reserve. The house was clean with a wonderful living room. The couches in the living room were very comfortable. We really enjoyed spending time outside listening to the waterfall by the pool. Overall, great place to stay. Highly recommend!

Inattentive host after reaching out about problems with rental. Front door left open. Lock broken. Items inside in disrepair. Some amenities not available. No supplies to clean up upon checkout. Had to buy things that should have been supplied. Owner promised to repay. I have reached out twice. No response. Worst experience on a VRBO ever. Buyer beware.

Beautiful home

Home was beautiful, went for thanksgiving. Communication with hosts was top tier. There was a little bit of a hassle with work going on at the unit, that was undisclosed, we couldn’t use outside amenities due to the work which was a little bit of a bummer, but overall… beautiful location and place!!

Nice in general

The place is nice in general and I'm sure the owners are good people. We never complained to them and maybe should have for fairness. We made the mistake of assuming when renting a house with a garage in the picture that we'd have access to it however it was locked. We also didn't expect to be locked out of the master bedroom and bathroom (the description having 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is accurate however it's a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house). The grill partially worked but it needs some TLC. The outdoor patio has potential to be much nicer; the grill was falling apart, there were empty propane tanks in the lawn, and there was a pile of garbage bags. There weren't any kitchen towels. The most frustrating thing to us was the thermostats: There are Nest thermostats on both levels which they have programmed to their desire. Both nights we and our 3 year old woke up cold. The upstairs thermostat goes down to 68 and the downstairs goes down to 58. We tried overriding their program both nights without success. As the previous review states; there are several lights that don't work, yet we were able to getting lighting where we needed most. Perhaps these are petty things because after all we enjoyed our stay, especially the comfortable furniture.

Best VRBO we ever rented!

This home was everything and more! The hosts, Tom and Hillary, treated us as family. When we needed to contact them the response time was immediately. The pictures don't do the house justice and the backyard is amazing. When we were home, our time was spent in the backyard where all meals were ate and family time enjoyed. The pool was the best and enjoyed by all. The only thing disappointing thing about the house is we can't reserve it for next year!😪 Thanks again for letting us enjoy your home. Sally

Amazing home away from home.

GREAT HOSTS and excellent communication! This home is spectacular and is beautiful inside and out. The property is fantastic---bigger and better than photos. We could tell the Hosts have put some love into this place. Excellent location, house was extremely clean, kitchen well stocked with anything you could need for cooking, beds are super comfortable, and communication was available from Thomas and Hillary the entire stay. We only wish we had more time to stay longer. We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely book this place again. Thank you for this beautiful and blessed memory!

The house was great, the pool was great. The house is in a neighborhood with neighbors are both sides. The hist was very strict about number of people at the house during day or night which I didn’t realize when I booked the property. It worked out fine but if you plan to have friends over you may want to stay elsewhere

Beautiful home and the very best hosts!

This is the perfect house all the way around! Whether you have small kids or big kids this home had everything you could ever need or want. I ran on a treadmill, rowing machine, and went swimming in a really nice pool. The view was really good and the neighborhood was great. I would highly recommend because the owners were the best too! Family friendly home

This house was comfortable, lots of room, decorated well, and clean on arrival. The host was very easy to communicate with and quick about responding to any questions with answers. All of the beds are firm, but I slept well. The AC ran on a timed schedule but could be easily restarted when the cycle was up. The Nest AC is not locked or controlled by the host; the dial asks for a PIN but temp can still be adjusted without the PIN by guests. Backyard is resort level beauty. It can get very windy in the back at times but overall feels like a desert paradise. All amenities as promised. We were very pleased with our stay. Would recommend to others & stay again.

A little less than expected

The house apparently hadn't been rented for a while, the keyless entry didn't work and there were several lights that were not working. The kitchen was not designed for cooking from scratch and the only coffee maker was Kuerig with Mac Donald's pods. The beds were all tempurpedic and the linens were of poor quality. Location was good, we could go hiking from the doorstep.
