Property was clean, host communication was good, didn't use the fireplace, hot tub was nice though the controls were a little finicky. We stay at VRBO houses so we can cook some of our own meals and the cookware was well worn.

Very clean and well kept property with kind and attentive owners. Perfect for up to six adults with three very nice bedrooms with their own separate bathrooms. Indoor jacuzzi tub with the master bedroom is a great feature and the outdoor hot tub was very clean and easy to operate. The location is very quiet with no traffic to speak of and the location very near Boone is a big plus. Boone is a very enjoyable small town with lots of attractive shops, grocery stores and restaurants 10-15 minutes from the cabin. A very enjoyable stay we would do again!

Cabin just as described, enjoyed the quiet natural area while sitting on the deck, cabins close proximity to Boone and Valle Crucis an added bonus!

Well stocked kitchen, sofa is worn out, beds slept comfortably. Hot tub was clean and relaxing on the cold nights that we used it.

Peaceful location in he woods, excellent location close to Appalachian State University, 30-40 min drive to Grandfather Mountain, Linville Gorge. Excellent communication with owners, clean, comfy home with wood burning fireplace. We spent a day rock climbing, a day hiking at Grandfather Mountain and Linville, and a day touring App State. Would stay here again!

The cabin is as described, not huge but perfect size for our party of 6, I will say that you can hear everything downstairs and vice versa. The views are okay, but the cabin is in between Boone and easy access to the ski resorts, grandfather mountain and snow tubing. The host is very responsive as well and accommodating.

This was our third year staying at this cabin over the Thanksgiving holiday. The cabin is wonderful and super clean. We really enjoyed the hut tub and wood burning fire place. It's secluded but close to many local attractions. Communication with the host was excellent. Probably be back next year.
