Banyuls Nice quiet apartment

Close to beach and town center (10 min walk), I rent a 56sqm apartment with a large sun terrace, quiet, in a small residence. A parking space is reserved for you there. The apartment consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower, a closet in the entrance and two independent rooms. For your comfort, you will find a TV, a dishwasher and a washing machine. Lunch may be very pleasantly on the terrace to barbecue, play. Ideal for a family with 3 children, but because of the stairs, it is not suitable for people with walking difficulties.
Nearby, you may as well hiking on the path of the cliffs that leads you from beach to beach in the mountains, swim in the small coves or visit the Catalan villages (Collioure is 10 km), Spain, .. .

Fantastic terrace and good location

We spent a week here in late June/early July. The host was easy to communicate with, and the property had everything we needed. We didn’t have a car, and appreciated being able to walk to shops and amenities, the railway station, the town’s beaches, and for longer hikes to local peaks and along the coastal path. The twice-weekly market was just a couple of minutes away. Despite being so near the town centre and beach, the terrace was very quiet in the evenings and at night, being elevated and with spectacular views of the mountains. The host was very kind to provide us with bed linen this time, but if you are traveling light (e.g. not by car) you may want to ask if sheets and towels are provided before booking or be prepared to bring your own (this is the case with other properties on Vrbo too). Access to the property is down several flights of stairs, and getting to the town centre also requires ascending/descending stairs, so it may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Overall, the property was clean and well equipped, and we were able to comfortably settle in for a week of exploring the local area and relaxing at this ‘home from home’.

Tolle Lage!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Appartment in fußläufiger Lage zum Strand und ins Zentrum. Kommunikation lief sehr gut und unkompliziert. Die großzügige Terrasse ist ein Traum!

L’appartement de Veronique est parfait pour une famille. Grande terrasse, bien équipé. Seul point négatif qui n’est pas lié a l’appart, les moustiques. Et ce, malgré les diffuseurs mis à disposition dans chaque pièce. Merci pour ce séjour.

Appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé. La grande terrasse est tres agreable aussi bien pour les repas que pour les moments de repos. Secteur très calme. Dispose également d'une place parking privative ce qui est plutot rare sur Banyuls où la quasi totalité des stationnements sont payants.

Quelle belle ville.

Banyuls-sur-Mer est magnifique et très agréable. Tout se fait à pied de l’appartement qui est bien placé. Bien équipé et une terrasse gigantesque. Échanges avec Véronique très sympas et simples. Super séjour.

L'appartement idéal

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans cet appartement parfaitement équipé et idéal pour une famille de 5 personnes. Il y a suffisamment de place pour chacun. Un grande terrasse. La place de parking numéroté est vraiment appréciable en été. Il est vraiment bien placé, très proche du marché, en 10mn montre en main on est sur la plage ou dans les rues commerçantes, vraiment appréciable surtout lorsqu'on a des enfants. La propriétaire est vraiment sympathique et disponible. N'hésitez plus pour vos prochaines vacances!

Très bon séjour

Appartement dans son jus, un peu vieillot mais avec le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Une grande terrasse et tout l'espace nécessaire pour pas vivre les uns sur les autres. Proche du centre et de la plage du centre. À 50 mètres du marché. Avec en prime parking privé. L'appartement se situe en bas de la résidence avec assez d'espace sur le palier pour stocker le coffre de toit et les vélos ce qui n'est pas négligeable. On a passé un très bon séjour dans cette région magnifique.

Location idéalement située

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en famille à Banyuls sur mer. L'appartement est très bien situé (à peine 10 minutes à pied du centre et 20 minutes à pied de la plage des Elmes. Il est conforme à la description faite. La propriétaire a été disponible par téléphone (très bon contact).

Super vacances

Appartement très sympa et spacieux avec une grande terrasse pour manger dehors. Même sans avoir vue sur la mer, on est a 10 minutes a pied du centre ville et de la plage. Il y'a plein de coin sympa à visiter aux alentours. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine avec nos 2 enfants.
