Cottage located on the river in Downtown Gatlinburg, Tn
Nice extra clean 2 bedroom-2 bath cottage. .
Master bedroom has king bed, second bedroom has queen bed. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living area and a wood burning fireplace in the living room. (please note we do not supply wood for the fireplace).
The standard charge is $175.00 for 4 people. The additional charge is $15.00 per person per nite over 4 people. Minimum stay is 3 nights rental. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave oven and drip coffee maker.
Glassed in sun porch off the dining area facing the Little Pigeon River.
Washer/ dryer located off the kitchen area.
Patio with charcoal grill. Gas grill under carport.
Cottage is within walking distance (10-12 minutes walk ) to the center of Gatlinburg just a quarter of a mile away.
ABSOLUTELY no pets or indoor smoking.
Stay a full week (7 days) and get the 7th night free. ( you would only be charged for 6 nights if you stay a full week.)

Our cottage is ideally located to Gatlinburg. You can walk to town in 10-12 minutes or catch the trolley 2 blocks from the cottage.
We are located right on the river so you can enjoy fishing off the back of the property or enjoy your first cup of coffee in the morning or favorite drink on the open patio in the evening.
