On the 2nd floor without elevator, apartment with an area of 55m2, functional and very bright.

Entrance, large corner living room bathed in light thanks to its many openings.
Modular living room in sleeping area (convertible sofa and separation curtain). Bathroom. Separate toilets. Separate kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cleaning products provided. Bedroom with 140x190 bed and cupboard.

Everything is accessible on foot: the beach, restaurants, cinema, rue Saint Jean.
Small clean and kind dogs accepted (after agreement).

Emplacement idéal pour profiter du centre ville et de la plage. Appartement avec tout ce qu’il faut avec la pièce à vivre très ensoleillée. Disponibilité pour l’accueil et le départ. Réactivité pour mise à disposition de draps.Attention le wifi est faible même pour simplement regarder la télévision et la location est à l’ancienne : le lit n’est pas fait à l’arrivée (normal les draps ne sont pas fournis) et vous devez faire le ménage au départ (vous pouvez demander le tout encore faut-il y penser)

Je suis arrivée samedi avec mes deux garçons. L’appartement n’était pas propre. Je l’ai fait remarquer à la dame. C’est aux locataires d’avant de nettoyer, si c’est mal fait : tant pis pour vous ! Sachant que la crasse ne date pas de quelques jours avant. Manque d'entretien général. La douche ne s’évacue pas. L’eau stagnante est écoeurantePas de papier toilette, torchon, sopalin, sac poubelle ! C’est ma faute du propriétaire qui ne fait jamais les courses et qui n’achète pas de quoi nettoyer correctement d’après la dame qui nous a donné les clefs. J’ai nettoyé à mon arrivée et fait les courses. Les glaces et vitres sont grasses de traces de doigts et de nez de chiens collés.. je ne reviendrai plus.
J’ai dû nettoyer le murs à côté du lit. Pleins de traces collantes.. sympa quand on dort à côté !

Madame, nous regrettons fortement votre déception. D'autant plus que la propreté et l'accueil sont en général appréciés dans notre location. Les locataires précédents avaient un chien et le ménage n'était pas suffisant. Vous nous avez contactés a l arrivée et nous avons immédiatement demandé à la personne chargée de l'accueil de revenir vers vous. Elle vous a proposé de venir faire le ménage dès le lendemain mais vous avez refusé. En dédommagement elle vous a finalement fait le ménage de fin de séjour. Sans chercher de justification, la période de mi-aout est la plus chargée ce qui explique peut-être ce dysfonctionnement. Nous comprenons votre décision, de notre côté nous serons encore plus vigilants sur la propreté de la location.

Appartement confortable, très lumineux, bien agencé, très propre et conforme a l'annonce. Merci à Marie-Laure pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Idéalement situé à 2 pas de la mer et des commerces. Un poil bruyant mais normal vu sa proximité avec la rue St-Jean très animée et bons double vitrages. Super séjour

Abritel annonce sur son site appartement adapté pour les handicapés c'est faux 2 etages mais escaliers en colimaçon. De plus il annoce pas loin du centre c'est vrai et endroit calme c'est faux. Par contre rien à dire très bel appartement très bien accueilli.
