Front Row to the 4th of July Lake Hamilton Firework show. Enjoy Lake Hamilton with gorgeous unobstructed lake views from our 2-tier balconies and outdoor sitting areas. This completely renovated home with modern décor, located in Hot Springs, Arkansas, in the scenic Ouachita Mountains on the main channel of Lake Hamilton. Open living room concept with dining area and breakfast nook. Exquisite bar, perfect for entertaining! Outside gazebo setup for barbecuing and outdoor dining. The house is located on a large lot with plenty of grass and seating. Large open kitchen with island that has room for everyone that is perfect for cooking, entertaining with all new gas appliances. The Family room off of the kitchen, has a pool table, tv and sofa bed. Ensuite on the primary floor has a queen bed with a private bathroom and shower. Third bedroom has a queen bed, bunk beds that include 3 twin beds. Sofa Beds in the family room and living room. Laundry Room with New Washer and Dryer. Primary Suite has a king bed that is located downstairs with no other rooms that includes a coffee station/ wet bar, sofa bed, sitting area and nook. Lake views from the comfort of your bed. Spa like primary bathroom with tub, separate shower with rain shower faucet and body sprays. Balconies with outdoor sitting areas for your enjoyment!

Two Boat Slips and Fishing Dock. Enjoy fishing from the convenience of the dock and back yard. Enjoy the lake activity and serene sunrises from your oversized private balconies providing the best views on Lake Hamilton. You can be right on the waterfront enjoying incredible 180° views of Lake Hamilton. Bring your boat or rent one and you can drive to several Lake side restaurants. Lake levels on Lake Hamilton are lower from November 1st until March, but we are on the main channel and have year round water. This lovely home leaves nothing to be desired. Activities and Things To Do:Within minutes, you can reach Hot Springs National Park, Bathhouse Row, Oaklawn Park, Garvan Woodland Gardens and many other attractions.Hot Springs offers many fine restaurants, shopping, entertainment, crystal mines and biking trails.Oaklawn Racing and Gaming Casino is located minutes away and offers live music, spa services and many dining options.Oaklawn Park is a world-class thoroughbred racing course which hosts live racing.Activities available in close proximity for children and families may include mini golf, go karts, Magic Springs Theme and Water Park, Arkansas Alligator Park and Petting Zoo.

Wonderful place!

This house was perfect for our group of 3 couples. It’s close to the race track but feels like a lake retreat! The house was the best stocked vrbo we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

Great location

This lake house was literally in the middle of everything we wanted to do and see. Not far from stores , bars & downtown . I would definitely stay here again. We traveled with 7 adults and an infant. This property was perfect.

Great Location

Absolutely loved the location. Sitting on the top deck watching the sunrise and sunset was beautiful. Conveniently, down the road from Fisherman’s Warf. We didn’t rent a boat this trip, but did enjoy introducing our kids to fishing off the boat slip docks. We had a minor issue during our stay, but Alissa was very responsive to our question and we got right back to enjoying our stay.

Annual Girls’ Trip

We come to Hot Springs annually for a shopping trip. We’ve stayed in several different properties, but this one has been the best so far. The house is very spacious, clean, & conveniently located. The decks on each level, overlooking the lake, were wonderful & also clean. Everything was great. This will definitely be our new go-to property for our future trips!

Great Family Reunion!

Eight of us came from Texas and Tennessee to gather together for Thanksgiving. The house was PERFECT for our needs. The huge kitchen made cooking a big meal a breeze. The pool table was a hit and the sunny breakfast nook was just right for leaving up an ongoing jigsaw puzzle as the long main table had room for all eight of us to dine together. Lots of comforters and blankets made for cozy watching of rival football teams play a killer game. We hope to return in warmer weather to take advantage of all the lake has to offer. We definitely recommend this lovely home for a wonderful vacation! game.

Peaceful stay

The home is set on Lake Hamilton close to a cove. We stayed Tuesday-Sunday in April and boat traffic really only picked up on Friday. Before that it was pretty much the beautiful birds or geese you would hear. The home is very clean which is certainly appreciated when renting a vacation home. It has everything you would need and more. The property is close to grocery, restaurants and entertainment. The owners are great with communication. If we return to Hot Springs we would rebook this rental.

Mother’s Day Weekend

I went with my friend and our teen sons for a long weekend. The house was very clean and well maintained. It also had everything we needed in it. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of items we needed to be able to cook. They also had tons of towels, which was appreciated. The boys absolutely loved the pool table. I loved drinking my coffee in the mornings on the deck while enjoying the beautiful view. I have a boat at a marina on the lake, so the covered boat slip came in very handy. I have a feeling we’ll stay here again.

Perfect getaway

This property was even better than expected. They had everything we could need and more. Our group was 2 couples staying in hot springs for an anniversary trip, but we’ve already decided we will be making a trip back to this property with our kids in the summer. The house itself is utterly beautiful, and the views are insane. We spent so much time just sitting on the different decks and enjoying the scenery. Most vrbo houses I’ve stayed at have provided the bare minimum, but not this one. These host have thought of everything! The kitchen is so well stocked, so many towels, extra blankets, pillows, I couldn’t think of anything extra we needed! This property was just what we needed to relax and reset, and I can’t wait to go back!

Couples Friend Reunion

This property was amazing! Location, location, location!!! It’s right on Lake Hamilton and just a few minutes from anything you may need in Hot Springs. The boat slip was wonderful for our pontoon boat, which we took out everyday. Everything in the home is beautifully done and is great for entertaining or just relaxing. The first floor suite is huge and the bathroom is amazing without a lot of space, two sinks, a wonderful shower and huge separate tub. You’ll feel like royalty.Unfortunately, we were there during a heat wave and the A/C system couldn’t keep up and kept shutting off. Although we reported the problem on day one, a repair man didn’t come until the day we were checking out. However, I would definitely return to this property again.

just beautiful

We stayed for a long weekend with my teenagers and parents. The house is just beautiful and the views are amazing. We found everything we needed to entertain, cook, and clean. Sadly we caught only one fish off the dock, but we could see them swimming over the lights. The pool table was a big hit for our teens and the grandparents. Thanks for a great stay!

This was our second time staying at this property. We absolutely love the home. The deck is the best place to drink coffee or an evening beverage with a beautiful view of the lake. This is our #1 place to stay when we visit hot springs. You won’t be disappointed booking this amazing lake home.

Very nice updated house, unfortunately it rained a lot so we weren’t able to use the deck much. I would suggest a small dresser in the master bedroom so a person could unpack. Overall it was a wonderful place!
