Hosting Suzanne was a pleasure. We experienced very respectful and considerate guests with smooth communications. Looking forward to Host you again on future returns. We are eager to continue to add value with Ocean views, kitchen plus laundry services that hotels do have offer for a third to a fourth the nightly rates. We hope to stay in business and available to others as we depend on high ratings which keep us in business! Mahalo nui loa & Aloha
Loved our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful. She made our stay wonderful. Stunning view, clean, and cozy - exactly what we needed.

Mahalo for the opportunity to Host you and family. Looking forward to Host again on your next future return to our beautiful island! Mahalo for your business and glad you enjoyed new blackout curtains requested. Aloha Eva
We had an excellent stay at this apartment. This is a no-frills studio but the view and location are great. As others have mentioned there are not a lot of lights in the apartment so if you need to work or read at night you will want to bring an extra light source.
Good location to get in and out of town, and still be close to everything you would want to see and need. The studio had everything you would want for a stay. Well kept and maintained.
Paid parking at the location was expensive.

Mahalo niu loa for your business! We look forward to hosting your next stay on our island. Best Alohas
Amazing views, just as advertised. Small but comfortable and well organized unit. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear. Property owner was easy to contact and returned messages promptly. Really nice pool deck and good building security.

We are very grateful to have hosted such respectful and considerate guests. All points of communications went smoothly. A wonderful hosting experience. Aloha
The owner communicated promptly and courteously. The location worked well for us. The only recommendation would be a deep cleaning and update the AC. Otherwise, good place to stay!

Its funny but not amusing how this person constantly asked for earlier checkin and late checkout while not even knowing Host rules. Yet claims also a host to be expecting a "Deep Clean" / $250-$300 6-8hrs in Waikiki & was never REQUESTED and must be scheduled in advance of booking. So, its NOT fine that she can make all kinds of requests that are never communicated to me/Host and then these kinds of ignorant comments showup as if its a review. False! What kind of guest arrives with multiple requests never communicates with host which a hotel would easily charge her 3-5x more per night. Best pay the extra and allow other guests the opportunity to stay in our Oceanview Full kitchen Studio!
Great location, 15/20 min walk from the beach, stunning view of the city But the check list for cleaning, sweeping, ect is a bit odd .. curious as to why it's a sizable amount if host is only washing 1-2 loads of laundry.

How amusing that this guest focused on an optional (if you choose) checklist that helps the flow of our small Ohana business. IF you don’t want to you don’t have to. Of course never once did he reach out to me / Host on this but decides to write a negative rating when it was optional! You can’t fix stupid. What most hosts appreciate is the Aloha spirit to be kind! It was not one of those times. Best Regards!
The location was within 10 minutes of the beach and shops. Rental included beach chairs and sun umbrella which was a very nice touch. We didn’t use the snorkel gear but it was there too. Parking was available onsite but was a little pricey for the week. But that’s just how Oahu is so hard to complain too much.

Interesting just have to remark that beach rentals given cost $70 per day in Waikiki and we don’t normally allow this benefit! Yet what is described is pricey parking. It’s Waikiki dyor
If you rent on Lobby level parking drops to $20 per day. There is no better deal imo!
The location is excellent, public transport’s great. The studio is nice & clean. Perfect if u want to do home cooking, kitchen’s fully equipped. (Honolulu’s expensive to eat out every day). Tv, WiFi and airco working great.
Shops r in walking distance. Will come back next yr same time!! Thanks Eva, u’r a wonderful host. Warmest Aloha & Mahalo!!
Our condo was exactly as it was described by the renter on this site. We stayed for 10 nights at this unit and there was everything that needed. Eva was always responsive and kind. She gave us many informations that helped us along our trip. I recommend this condo, the location is also great, the pool is clean and we enjoyed the bbq at our disposition. Thank you for everything Eva ❤️

We appreciate hosting your stay! So happy you really enjoyed the sweeping ocean views along with mountains and canal. Looking forward to be of service on future returns. Warmest Aloha, Eva
Communication with the host was always prompt and clear. Check in was so easy, thanks to the detailed instructions from Eva, and having the parkade next door was so convenient. It actually connects to the building so unloading suitcases from the car into the unit was a piece of cake. The unit itself came with all the necessary cooking utensils and the beds were SOOOO comfy! The pictures from the listing were absolutely accurate, what you see is what you get. We had a wonderful experience and are already planning another trip back! Thank you Eva!

Mahalo and wonderful to be your Host. Hana Hou (til next time:-)Warmest Alohas
My wife, daughter, and I stayed here in order to move my daughter into her dorm room at University of Hawaii Monoa. The area of the property was good, although the parking garage was sketchy, and the lobby and elevators were a little run down.
On a positive note, we thoroughly enjoyed the condo itself. The main reason we chose this property was because of its location to the college as well as having a kitchen. While we did not want to be handcuffed to eating out for every meal, the kitchen was very useful. We enjoyed the view from the room as well as the amenities (microwave, toaster, pots /pans, beach towels, dishware, soap / shampoo).
Thank you so much for your hospitality.

As Premier Host (7yrs ), this was one of the most lazy, noncompliant guests to deal with. All issues and concerns of this guest were never communicated prior to arrival. We expect guests with ANY physical limitations ie., walking cane to contact me/host on any matters regarding stay. This breaches hosting rules. A very detailed informational resource packet was sent with zero requests or questions at all prior to his arrival. Additionally, photos and listing describe this property plus every possible way to reach out to me/Host/owner by phone, text, email and msg platform is available yet zero communications and they showed up, went to security bothering them before checkin time asking security to message me for early checkin but never contacted me directly. This guest made request after request that only 3-4 star / $300 per night hotels would provide. It is very concerning that a guest with physical issues decided not to inform me/host of this. When guests decided to leave my property they simply checked out returning access keycard and sent an email after leaving without any immediate notification by phone or through vrbo. Guests are accountable to know what is included yet requesting other items or services that are not specifically mentioned was never communicated so he just complained and checked out. If these critical items/services were that important then these guests should make sure all questions are fully answered by contacting host before arrival. Most unpleasant
The not so good: building is old and tired, the unit is small - not suitable at all for four adults.
The good: too many to list but summarized as follows:
-Eva is awesome, instant replies and very helpful
-Million $ view
-corner unit, windows open and the trade winds blow through. We never used A.C once
-pool and pool deck are great, best sunny exposure, clean and large
- nice gym ( 5$ for your full stay )
- bike locker ( 20$ / month )
- new bbq’s on the pool deck with sink, counters, lights
- 20 min walk to the beach
- 15 min to Waikiki downtown shops
- coffee shop / pizza / sundries / pub in building
- kitchen in unit is small but complete
- unit was well stocked
- WIFI very strong
* Overall excellent value: looking forward to our next stay already !
Overall 5 stars. Prompt communication with the owner quickly cleared up some confusion with the check-in, which involves retrieving the room key from a lockbox on the lower level. The room has a spectacular view of the Waikiki skyline and the ocean in the distance, especially from the kitchen area. We were able to watch fireworks from the room, which delighted our young son. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Caulk in the bathroom could be cleaner but not a dealbreaker. The kitchen was small but complete, with a full size refrigerator. We made the mistake of leaving some food out and ants found it; removing the food and killing the visible ants took care of the problem. Distance to Waikiki Beach was walking distance. Overall would definitely recommend.
The most amazing views in Waikiki, both ocean and mountains! We loved looking at the ocean while having a breakfasts. In the evening, we would open the windows and listen to the city sounds while looking at the Honolulu lights.
Unit is a bit older but well kept and has everything you need. Walking distance to both Waikiki and Ala Moana (Magic Island lagoon our favourite beach), about 20-25 min fun walk as there is so much to see.
I travelled with two teens who loved the stay and exploring around in the evening by themselves (10 min walk to all Waikiki action). They felt safe as there were always lots of people walking around.
Lots of food choices, grocery stores around.
Right in the building you can rent a convertible Jeep for a day ($150) to explore the island (parking is expensive in Honolulu).
This unit is ideal for light and practical travellers, who would use city bus, taxi or love walking around. We used bus to/from airport, Pearl Harbour and loved it. Bus stops are close to the building.
Host, Eva, is super responsive.
Rental is great value for money. We are planning to stay again and recommend to friends.
Thanks Eva for a great stay! We already miss those stunning views!
