Come and enjoy your lakefront vacation at Casa San Leone complete with gorgeous lake views and plenty of privacy in a charming 1910 Conesus Lake Cottage. This seasonal and authentic Finger Lakes cottage with all the modern amenities is a beautiful 3 bedroom & 2 full bathroom home on east side of Conesus Lake. A classic covered porch overlooks the lake and the gorgeous sunsets and offers some of the most spectacular views on the lake. Plenty of privacy - 140 feet of lake frontage; dock; fire-pit; picnic area; off-street parking for 3 cars. The lovely property features original Finger Lakes cottage charm with almost 1400 square feet of space. Air conditioning on main floor and master bedroom (window unit); 3 updated bedrooms that comfortably sleep 5 ; two full baths (one upstairs and one downstairs); newly remodeled chef's kitchen; dining room; spacious living room overlooking the lake. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening sunsets on the porch or relax lakeside with s'mores around the campfire all while enjoying the private dock and kayak. Seasonal, limited availability.

Beautiful Finger Lake Vacation

Gerard and Joan are excellent hosts who communicate promptly. The house is turn of the century and very clean. The dock outside is a great place to fish or just hang out in the sun. We spent a lot of time on the porch overlooking the lake reading and relaxing! We hope to return to Casa San Leone!

The house is lovely! The pictures don’t do it justice. There is no air conditioning but a great breeze off the lake. We enjoyed spending time on the porch and at the end of the dock. We plan to return!

Graduation Weekend on Conesus Lake

We stayed at Casa San Leone for our son’s graduation from SUNY Geneseo. Gerry and Joan greeted us to show us around when we arrived and checked with us throughout the weekend. The house is beautiful, well equipped, and the view from the porch is stunning! We all enjoyed our stay at this very special cottage!

We throughly enjoyed our time, especially the back porch! The view was beautiful. We intend to come back next year hopefully for a longer stay. We have used VRBO for years and were happier with the way they used to operate! I liked it better when VRBO allowed you to deal directly with the owner.

What makes this property unique

Ours is one of the few remaining authentic Conesus Lake cottages, full of original charm and character and it is situated on one of the premiere lakeside sites. While it was built on this site in 1910, we have taken great pride and care in restoring and updating every area of the property, from the accessible parking, to the gracious landscaping and entryway, to modernizing and updating all the interior spaces, most recently the kitchen (2023) and the upstairs (2026).
