The perfect setting for your beach vacation this Oceanside townhouse is located on the best beach in Bethany just south of Indian River Inlet and backing up to the beautiful Delaware Seashore State Park. A wide private beach is adjacent to the park and just a few steps from your door. This four level beach house includes two rear decks with views of the ocean and the park and a front deck overlooking the common area. First floor efficiency sleeps up to four and has a small kitchenette and new bathroom. The second level has a remodeled full kitchen, living room and dining room as well as a bathroom. Third level includes a bathroom and two small bunk rooms that sleep up to six. The master bedroom is on the top floor and has a separate deck. Includes an outdoor shower and parking for up to four cars. The common area has tennis courts, a playground for kids and a large covered gazebo that can be used for cookouts or crab feasts.

The property worked for us for a weekend stay that was an easy walk to the beach. It is dated, but was clean, had various sleeping arrangements, and worked perfectly for a quick weekend getaway for friends.

It was the most relaxing vacation ever! The house was perfect for our needs as well. The kids enjoyed the stay and layout also. The walk to the beach was simple plus the snowcone van comes around. Nice walk to pick up or dine in at Matts restaurant. The homeowner was easy to work with and we will definitely be back.

Love tower shores!

We had a great time! Everything was great! The house was in a fantastic location! I'd stay here again! Parking for 4 cars was very tight but once we got that situated we were fine!

Family vacation fun!

We had the best time with our grown children on our Bethany vacation. The home was great and Greg was so responsive. I highly recommend the place if you want to be close to the beach and need lots of sleeping space.

Really nice property, good value and great host!

Greg, the owner, responded immediately to our last minute request for a long weekend stay at his townhouse, situated about 100 yards from a private beach. While a bit dated, the property is very clean and well maintained. Our favorite part was morning coffee on the back deck overlooking the state park, with a bit of the ocean visible.

North Bethany close to beach and Matt's Fish Camp

Overall nice property and close to the beach which is just what we needed. Overall Greg was great to work with. The property needs a bit updating and better cleaning (stains in curtains, black dirt in the bathroom), but everything worked which was great.

Love this house!

We are a family of ten and the house (which sleeps 12) more than accommodated us. The place was spacious, clean and best of all a two minute walk to the beach. Also, it was very convenient to Bethany, Dewey and Rehobeth — we spent an evening in each. I’d highly recommend this rental, without reservation.

Great beach getaway

Great location, floor plan is spread out so my husband and I didn’t hear the kids downstairs. Ice maker was broken but there was a bag of ice left for us so it wasn’t a problem. Great place.

Fun Family Stay - Walk to the Beach

My family had a great time at this Beach House. They enjoyed the short walk to the beach and had fun playing pickleball on the tennis courts. The house was clean, a little outdated but it had a cute surfer vibe as the teens loved the little suite downstairs where they could hang out. Keep in mind that you would have to drive to the town of Bethany and biking would be on highway 1- you will need to drive to boardwalks - there is one restaurant that is walkable but we cooked most of the time and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall this was a great little place if your main goal is to put your toes in the sand!

Tower Shores

We stay at this property for a week in July. The location was great being just a very short walk to the private beach. While we only had 6 people this place could easily accommodate 10 or more people. The place had everything we needed and it was very helpful that things like coffee filters, salt & pepper, other kitchen supplies were left for other guests to use. In past places we've rented the cleaning staff takes everything usable that was left by guests. In summary, it's a great place and we would definatley stay there again.

Wonderful stay in Tower Shores

Greg was wonderful to work with and answered so many of our questions as we prepared for a visit in the midst of the pandemic. We fell in love with the neighborhood, had plenty of space to spread out on the private beach, enjoyed sunset views over the bay, and had multiple bathrooms to clean up in at the end of each day. The only negatives are that you can hear the highway from the house, the outdoor shower didn’t feel clean enough for a shower (but perfect for a hose rinse off), and the dishes weren’t very clean when we got there (but that’s due to the last renters, not the cleaning service). Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend! Thank you, Greg, for your hospitality!

Short walk to the beach

This is a great place for a larger group. The sleeping quarters are split between three separate floors so everyone can have a little privacy. You are able to see the ocean from the second and top floor balconies. There is an outdoor shower by the front door to help get the sand off. You only need to walk to the other end of the parking lot to reach the access trail to the beach. The complex has a large covered outdoor pavilion adjacent to the tennis courts and playground. We had a wonderful time. The owner was very prompt in responding to any questions or needs we had.
