Enjoy the gorgeous Bethany beach sunsets and sunrises on one of the 4 balconies while staying in this 3 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo that sleeps 8. Walk 100 yards from the front door to the private Tower Shores beach or relax poolside in the courtyard. If you are feeling more adventurous you are just minutes away from downtown Bethany, Dewey and Rehoboth. Also located near the Delaware Seashore State Park, outlet shopping, fine dining, fishing and plenty of outdoor activities for you and your family to enjoy. A wonderful place to getaway from it all and make lifelong memories.

Pool opens late June 2025, closes Labor Day.

Great location, greater hosts

Very nice property just next to the fishing beach. The community is well cared for and feels very safe. The condo was well equipped and exactly as described. The hosts were very response and accommodating.

Family Beach Weekend

Very clean and comfortable space for my family, with a shared yard for my kids to run around while we grilled. The short walk to the private beach is what makes this a great location, and a short drive to grocery, shopping etc. Had a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the communication was almost instant. We will be staying again.

Cozy, clean condo steps away from a private beach. Perfect getaway for my family. Very relaxing close enough to town where we could ride our bikes over. Just perfect!

Second Stay Even Better!!

This is the second year we stayed at Riser and it was even better than last year. The entire unit was updated with new paint colors and lots of homey little touches. And the pool was great as ever!!

Perfect Pool & Homey Kitchen!!

Remodeled unit was quite spacious and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen and lots of beds. Swimming in the well maintained private pool was a nice break from the nearby beach. There are no busy roads to cross to get to the beach and a seafood restaurant is right next door. Plus the owner was very responsive to all of my questions. We had a wonderful beach vacation!!

Great townhouse close to the beach

My family loved our stay at Riser on Tower Shores! It is soooo close to the beach and the only property in the community with access to a pool! We had a small minor plumbing issue and Jessica and Greg responded immediately and had it resolved within 12 hours!! They were incredibly hosts and we will be renting again next summer! It was also great to be able to bring our dog! Highly recommend this property! Thanks Jes and Greg!

Perfect getaway to the beach with family

This property was perfect for our annual trip to the Delaware Seashore. Close to the beach with all the comforts of home. My husband and I along with our two boys and pup had plenty of space to gather or relax and have alone time. We appreciated Jess and her responsiveness. Loved having Matt's Fish Camp within walking distance. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Would return again in the future without hesitation.

Great condo with a private beach

Newly renovated condo with plenty of room to spread out across 3 floors. The host, Jessica, was very friendly and helpful and quick to respond prior to and during our stay. Quick walk to the private beach; there's also a community pool. Walk to the end of the street and see amazing sunsets over the Bay. House is stocked with beach chairs and an umbrella. Bonus: we could walk to one of our favorite restaurants in Bethany, Matt's Fish Camp. Also close to the Big Chill Beach Club, a quick drive. Great place; thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Reliable Riser

This is our 2nd stay at Riser. I love the 2pm check in and keyless entry. The beds & living room furniture were new- especially loved the king bed in the master. The place is clean, furniture is comfy & lots of added extras like shampoo/conditioner/lotion & cleaning supplies. Steps to the beach & pool in your backyard! Owner is very responsive to questions. You can tell they really care about their place.

We had a wonderful week at Bethany Beach!

We had a wonderful week at Bethany Beach! It was myself, my husband, my son (17 months old), my dog, and my in-laws. The unit was super clean and neat! -It was so nice to have beach chairs and toys available at the unit. It saved us so much space when packing up our car! -We grilled dinner every night on the units brand new grill! There was every tool you could possibly need in the kitchen. -Taking a dog was very convenient too. Jessica provided extra waste bags and there were many stations around the community. -We didn’t spend much time at the pool as my son preferred the beach. There were plenty of tables/chairs and chaise lounges. It was almost always empty. -If you are bringing a cart to the beach, know that there is the most convenient ramp one street over (Bay Road). -We have rented many units over the years and Jess was by far the best to work with! She was always incredibly helpful and replied quickly! -We hope to come back for many years to come!

The host has been super responsive from the start, and the location is perfect for its access to the beach and for its peaceful environment. Great Bethany Beach Condo

Had a wonderful stay at this Bethany Beach Condo. It's in a great location as it has a private beach and is a couple miles away from the main part of Bethany and a few miles from Dewey Beach which put it in a nice quiet location away from the crowds. Community around the condo is great too and it was very quiet there as well. Condo is very nice and clean and the owner was tremendous at communication and the check-in/out was a piece of cake. Would recommend this place!!

Good location and accommodations

From start to finish, things went smoothly. The host, Jessica, was great with communication and flexibility, the condo was in a prime location for a family and dog, and everything was nearby. The beds were comfortable, the TVs worked well, the board games were a great help on rainy days, and Matt's Fish restaurant is within walking distance, and there were a lot of nice touches around the condo I have not experienced with other vacation rentals. I recommend this location and condo to others with kids and dog looking to enjoy the beach and downtown Bethany.

Clean, modern, quick walk to a quiet beach

Great beach house! The layout was perfect for our family - my in-laws enjoyed the lower level suite and my kids and I enjoyed the suite and bunk room way upstairs! it was fun!! And the place is spotless, so well maintained and obviously loved! We brought our dog which really makes our vacations mean so much more because we love him to pieces. The owner really makes you feel welcome with all the basic supplies which makes starting off a vacation relaxing. We found everything we needed in the kitchen - including a keurig and drip coffee makers with coffee!! And the St Paddy's Day decorations and the bottle of wine, wow, just over the top. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again. :)
