Located at 39578 Cove Road in the private beach community of Tower Shores one mile south of the Indian River Inlet Bridge.

3.6 miles from downtown Bethany boardwalk and 7.7 miles to Rehoboth beach boardwalk and outlet store shopping.

Recently renovated (2020) four level end unit townhouse with private parking. Just steps to a private non-crowded beach. Beach Chairs, Umbrella and sand toys for kids are available. Also just steps to State park access for year round surf fishing and family fun for everyone.

Ceiling fans throughout in every room. Can sleep and dine 10 people comfortably.
First level queen bedroom with full bath and laundry room with sliding glass door to porch off back. 2nd level living room, full-size kitchen, dining room, and half bath. Large sliding glass doors with decks off the living and dining rooms including a table and chairs for six to enjoy exterior dining! 3rd level has king size master bedroom with windows galore. One queen bedroom and one twin bunk bedroom with trundle. Sliding glass doors with decks off both back bedrooms. Full bathroom. 4th level loft has two twin beds. Sliding glass door to large deck on loft with beautiful sunrise and sunset water views.

Saturday to Saturday full weeks available June, July, August and September. Partial weeks with reduced rates and two night minimum May and October.

Oceanproximate Property

The unit met or exceeded my expectations in all areas except one: I had somehow gotten the impression that the building was right on the beach behind the dunes, but that is not the case. That said, I was still quite satisfied to be able to take a short walk to the beach without the need to cross any roads. I have no complaints about the accommodations. It was clean, well-furnished, and comfortable. Even the stairs that I was dreading climbing each day were not a big deal. It was excellent that beach chairs were provided. The property is a great location, close to both Bethany and Rehoboth. We biked easily to both Bethany and the nearby state park nature areas. We had a great time.

Great stay

Always nice to stay at Tower Shores .. and Nicks place is great .. easy check in .. easy walk to beach .. has everything you need .. chairs , umbrella and toys for the kids .. we had a great time .

Great rental

This is a Great rental… close walk to the beach, well equipped, well taken care of and the owner is very responsive. We’ve been vacationing in Tower Shores for over 30 years and really like this rental.

The house was clean, bright and definitely well stocked for the beach. Great neighborhood feel and such easy access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect

Everything about this house was perfect. We had 6 grandkids ages 10 to 17 the beach was so close they could come and go from the house to the beach on thier own easily. Lots of decks so they had thier own spaces away from the adults.The nieghbors all very friendly and went all out for the 4th of July. House well stocked and clean. We are hoping to rent this unit again. My only suggestion is to maybe post trash and recycling days someplace in the house.
