Quiet villa, located on the heights of Nazaré. Nearby traffic almost non-existent (dead end road overlooking forest). The villa is located in a very small typical village.
The villa has a swimming pool not overlooked, a private garden, a terrace on the ground (bbq and garden furniture, deckchair), balcony in each room, and roof terrace with veranda and comfortable living room to enjoy the sun, the 360 ​​° panoramic view. Large bay windows on this veranda that you can open or close at your convenience.
The accommodation has 4 bedrooms with double bed, one with suite (3 bathrooms in all). 4 toilets
Large lounge dining room (with TV). Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. New large basement dining room with large professional bbq and a 300x120 marble table.
Washing machine in the basement.

The rooftop terrace offers the opportunity to observe beautiful sunsets over Nazaré and the sea. New veranda of 18m2 on the terrace with 360 ° view

For lovers of walking, the villa overlooks trails through forest and joining the sea (very uncrowded beach (ideal for resting away from the crowd) located at the end of these trails).

The city of Nazaré is popular for its seaside promenade with the possibility of getting to Sitio via the cable car. (Sitio ideal for lovers of feria (bullfighting Portuguese). Nice walk to the lighthouse beaten by the gigantic waves.

Overlooking nazare

Very spacious property with stunning panoramic views. We really enjoyed our stay in the villa. The surrounding area was really quiet and peaceful.

Magnifique endroit, tres calme et verdoyant, nécessite une voiture pour qe déplacer, vue spectaculaire.Magnifique maison, spacieuse, tres bien équipée avec des articles de qualité, très bonnes literies. Schönes Haus mit Aussicht und Potential

Haus in schöner Lage, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gute Aussicht auf den Atlantik und Nazaré und das Inland. Für Erwachsene sehr gut ausgestattet. Für Kleinkinder aufgrund vieler Treppen und Ausgänge problematisch bis risikobehaftet. Leider fand sich Schimmel in den Geschirrschränken, an der Matratze des Kinderbettes ( wurde ausgetauscht), am Grill und Kühlschrank. Qualität der gebotenen Handtücher könnte besser sein.

Ruhe Lage, tolle Aussicht

Wir haben das Haus gebucht, weil es für uns 8 Erwachsene perfekt wirkte mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern. Die Beschreibung war gut, aber in Wirklichkeit war es noch viel schöner. Sehr geräumig, ein schönes Wohnzimmer, ein großes Esszimmer und eine umwerfende Dachterrasse. Da das Haus neu gebaut ist, ist es sehr modern und mit toller Technik (Rolladen, Klimaanlagen, beheizter Pool) ausgestattet. Was hätte man verbessern können - ein paar mehr Kaffeebecher, die angegebene Garage war leider nicht nutzbar weil voll und die Reinigungskosten sollten bei der Buchung schon angezeigt werden. Alles in allem aber perfekt für unsere Familie!

De villa is buiten het dorp gelegen maar we vonden die snel. We kwamen binnen en zagen al snel dat ze op en top in orde was. Vooral het fantastische uitzicht was super. Er stond een stevige wind maar door de windschermen hadden we daar niet te veel last van en konden we genieten van het zwembad. Er is voldoende gerief in de keuken aanwezig. We hebben een lange wandeling gemaakt naar het strand. En ontdekten vele mooie plaatsen. Zeker de moeite om Portugal te verkennen in een geweldige villa.

Tolles Haus in wunderbarer Umgebung

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in diesem sehr schönen Haus genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war vorbildlich. Das großzügig geschnittene Haus verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann, ist super ausgestattet und liegt in einer wunderbaren Landschaft; egal ob man Strandurlaub machen oder die Gegend erkunden will. Der beheizte Pool war sehr entspannend nach einem Tag on the road, die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer und bietet spektakuläre Aussicht auf Atlantik, Nazaré und tolle Sonnenuntergänge. Der Wintergarten auf der Dachterrasse lädt auch bei trübem oder windigem Wetter zum Verweilen ein. Wir waren hoffentlich nicht zum letzten Mal hier!!

Super séjour à Nazaré en famille et entre amis !

Nous avons séjourné avec des amis et nos enfants respectifs. La maison est conforme à l’annonce et très bien équipée. Elle est grande et très agréable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse sur le toit protégée du vent et avec une vue incroyable ! La piscine est également un vrai plus surtout avec des enfants. Le responsable sur place est très gentil et à disposition. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour et reviendrons sans hésiter dans cette maison.

Great location and nice house but poorly maintained and cleaned

Location is very nice, house is really good but poorly maintained and cleaned. Looks like owner is not using profesional cleaning services as is very visible when we arrived. We cleaned the house by ourselves two times.m, coming and going. There were many things not working properly. Location make anyway sense.

La villa ne vous a pas plu parce que vous pensiez être en bord de mer, et donc tous les pretextes étaient bons pour la dénigrer. d ailleurs vous n'avez pas voulu payer les 300 € de caution à votre arrivée !!! espérant que l'on ne vous laisserait pas séjourner.

Super séjour

Très belle maison au calme, très bien située pour visiter et profiter de belles plages à proximité. Le plus de cette villa, son toit terrasse avec véranda : un effet "waouh" assuré avec la vue a 360°, le mobilier nécessaire pour les repas et un grand canapé pour profiter des couchers de soleil. Literie confortable, cuisine bien équipée. Il manque juste un plateau ou panier pour apporter la vaisselle sur le toit terrasse. Le ménage devrait être inclus dans le tarif du séjour pour que chaque occupant ait la même qualité de prestation. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Casal Mota.

Nos ha encantado el Chalet, súper amplio, y con distintos espacios, zona de relax en la parte de arriba , zona para poder desayunar o comer fuera y una piscina bastante amplia. Y abajo al lado del garaje una cocina para poder hacer asados espectacular. Recomendable 100%.

Funktionales Haus mit toller Aussicht

Funktionales Haus mit viel Platz und einer schönen Dachterrasse und Wintergarten. Von dort tolle Aussicht auf Nazaré und Strand. Ruhig gelegen. Auto erforderlich, aber Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (tgl.) in Nazare in 10 Min. zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für umliegende Orte. Gute Klimaanlage, an kühlen Tagen auch als Heizung zu nutzen. Es ist zu empfehlen, sich die Anfahrt gut beschreiben zu lassen. Google Maps zeigt das Haus nicht präzise. Kommunikation vor Ort nur auf Portugiesisch, ggf. telefonischer Kontakt auf Französisch und Englisch möglich. Kaution muss bar übergeben werden, wurde aber bei Abreise zurückgegeben.

Vue magnifique

Maison conforme au descriptif, très agréable et surtout la vue depuis la terrasse, en pouvant se mettre au soleil ou s'abriter du vent, literie très confortable. On trouve facilement, la maison est visible depuis la route dans le petit village au calme en dehors de Nazaré

1 Woche Familienurlaub mit 7 Personen

Wir können das Haus absolut weiterempfehlen für Familienurlaube. Alle können morgens gemeinsam an einem großen Tisch frühstücken, es ist reichlich Besteck da und auch sonst super ausgestattet. Außerdem ist der beheizte Pool erwähnenswert, aber auch die gute Lage zu mindestens 2 Stränden, dem belebten Praia da Nazaré sowie dem ruhigen Praia do Salgado. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
