This fabulous newly furnished ski in/ ski out chalet offers a great slice of paradise with views of Tod Mountain from the front of the house and skiers coming down the black diamond runs on Morrisey from the big back deck.

This Sun Peaks Resort destination offer’s an ultimate rental location that truly embraces the British Columbia ski, bike, golf and fishing mountain experience.

No matter what season you come visit there are plenty of activities to enjoy. Miles of alpine and nordic skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing in the winter and spring. Mountain biking, hiking, wildlife viewing, kayaking, paddle boarding, tennis, golfing, trout fishing and swimming in the summer and fall. All of these activities make our place one of the best for all year round fun.

The warmth and comfort of this chalet combined with the close proximity of the village and amenities provides our guests with a great get-away vacation.

Enjoy the shopping or have fun and good food in one of the pubs or restaurants.

With a very wide open 2,400 square foot main floor plan, plus a 900 sq foot bonus bunk room this chalet offers 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, laundry facilities, living room, well stocked kitchen, dining room, gas fireplace, on deck BBQ, linens and towels. Out the back is a large private hot tub with views of the mountain and ski slopes. This is a fantastic location for family gatherings or mature adult vacations.



Each bedroom is furnished with custom made bed frames plenty of storage, closets, high thread count linens and comfortable pillows to give our guests a great night sleep with all the comforts for one to enjoy.

Bedroom #2: one queen bed, and TV
Bedroom #3: one double bed

Bedroom #4: Bonus Bunk Room: two twin over double bunks two twin/twin bunk and a fold down sofa bed, large screen TV, over 200+ DVDs. There is a baby gate at the top of the stairs and a high chair and a playpen available.

Additional perks include wireless internet, TELUS Optik 4K TV with capability to sign into your Netflix account, Bluetooth Speaker. We have also provided a selection of board games for the entire family and friends to enjoy.

Sun Peaks is a four season resort 45 minutes away from Kamloops, British Columbia, offering some of the world’s finest skiing, golf, mountain biking, fishing and hiking.

**PLEASE NOTE- there is a rented suite with separate entrance tucked away on the north corner of the house. This is our property manager that can help you with any needs.
