56m2 apartment in a private residence with concierge for 4 people 2 bedrooms (1 double and 2 bunk beds) south facing balcony with exclusive views of the sea (15 meters as the crow flies) and small private pool Rochers Community (01/06 to 30/09 open from 10H to 14H and 16H to 20H) private access (with grid and key) to reach the edge of wonderful tan, diving, fishing and bathing possible but just rocks and pebbles - small sandy beach 600 towards Roses - Canyelles Petites sand beach about 800 m _ Almadrava beach about 2 km _ a path along the sea allows to reach the beach of Canyelles Petites and feet that of Cadaques and Almadrava - Roses beach about 2 km - private car park opposite the apartment - supermarket with bakery, general food, pizzas and ready meals to take away or eat in (open from Easter to September) - comfort (fitted kitchen with oven, halogen hotplates, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, flat screen TV, toaster, grill meat or fish, espresso machine, iron, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner , FM radio with I-Pod player, ceiling fans for the summer, electric heating for the winter.

Nous avons été charmés par la vue imprenable sur la mer. C'est un appartement très confortable qui respire le bien-être, le dépaysement. On a l'impression d'être dans un bateau qui navigue au gré du vent.Tout était conforme aux photos. Même si nous avons pas rencontré les hôtes, nous avons eu un accueil téléphonique très sympathique avec Martine.Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

SEJOUR MAGIQUE DEVANT LA MER

Appartement magnifique face à la baie animée de Roses, très bien équipé et très propre. Situé au calme dans une résidence parfaitement entretenue avec petite piscine et promenade sur la corniche aménagée. A 1/4 d'heure de marche du centre ville très agréable ou 5 mn en voiture mais possibilité de laisser la voiture sur la place réservée devant la résidence Excellente communication et facilité d'accès. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci beaucoup à Martine et Bernard

Appartement sympa avec une vue magnifique sur la jolie baie de Roses!

Équipement complet (manque un grille pain pour être comme à la maison), la résidence est calme en octobre. La plage la plus sympa est à 1km en longeant la mer, un vrai plaisir ! Pour les commerces il vaut mieux y aller à vélo ou en voiture. Hôte charmante et aux petits soins, merci !
