SHIPWATCH CONSTRUCTION

The Shipwatch Condos are scheduled to have work done on the exterior of the buildings during Fall/Winter 2026. Scaffolding will be placed on both the road-front and ocean-front sides of the buildings to access exterior areas requiring work, including balconies. This will directly affect the fourth-floor condos, as they are two-story units with two fifth-floor balconies. Construction on the balconies will require both fifth-floor balconies to be closed to guests during this time. The balcony doors will also be locked from the exterior while the roofing coating surface is being resurfaced.

Work will be conducted between 8 AM and 5 PM on weekdays only. Prep work can start as early as 7:30 AM and clean-up may go until 5:30 PM. Full-length scaffolding will be on the ocean-side and the street-side of each building.
