About this property

Isle of Palms home with pool, beach, shops, and restaurants all at your fingertips! This beautiful home comfortably sleeps 14, with 7 spacious bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms! Enjoy a private neighborhood pool. The Pavilion Place neighborhood pool is located directly behind the house and is shared with only six private homes. Walk to the beach; you are one block from beach access and from restaurants and shops on Front Beach! Front Beach is famous for it’s world-famous Windjammer, dozens of restaurants, ice cream shops, novelty stores, as well as events and festivals throughout the year.

On the second level you will find a light filled great room with combination living room, dining room, and kitchen as well as two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The two bedrooms are down a short hall located just off the kitchen. The queen bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom has a king with a shared (hall) bathroom. Each of these bedrooms include a TV with Roku (Xfinity/Comcast is the provider).

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and 2 breakfast bars with a total 8 bar stools. Just off the kitchen is a large dining table seating 8.
The living room is open and bright with a large flat screen TV, with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone! Off the living room is a covered deck, with table and chairs, take in the sea air.

The third floor features 5 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a laundry center. All bedrooms have a TV with Roku (Xfinity/Comcast is the provider).

This is an elevated beach house with easy garage parking under the house. This home provides a gas grill (Propane tanks may be exchanged at our office during business hours) and an outdoor shower. Fireplace is not for guest use.
Please no pets or smoking. Linens and WiFi included.
Shared pool direct behind the home and has a gate code provided at check in. Pool is open April 15-until October 15.

Nice house for large gathering of family.

Amazing location - large group friendly

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: STUNNING location. super quick walk to the beach, the main drag of IOP, etc. I will say, the house definitely shows it's been abused by renters (we noticed small holes in the walls, broken toilet paper holders, worn out mattresses, etc. That being said, the price I think more than makes up for that (we had 10 of us staying here so it was super affordable for a girls beach trip). For the Property Management company - we did get quite a few emails/texts during our stay (automated I think) and it really would have been nice to not have those pings during our vacation, just for what it's worth! I also think alot of stress could be avoided by just emailing guests a passcode to the house door vs having them come into the office to get the code and then come back to the office at the end of your stay to drop off a signed piece of paper (personally, I feel virtually having everything done is always easier for guests/hosts). Overall, would absolutely recommend to anyone but wanted to be thorough in my review!

Convienence is KING!

Only draw back was the pool closes on October 15th, which we weren't aware of when booked. It was in the 80's and we couldn't use it.
