One of the best features of this renovated home are the numerous open decks, including a rooftop sun deck that features a 360-degree view of the island including distant ocean views! Each deck, including the pool deck, features numerous comfortable outdoor seating options, from lounge chairs to outdoor sofas. Spend your days relaxing by the large private pool. And when you're ready, the sandy beaches of IOP await you just one block away with a beach access path at the end of the street.
The main living spaces are located on the 2nd level of the home. This inverted floor plan helps to enhance the natural light and views. Open to the living area is the spacious kitchen and dining area with a farmhouse table featuring seating for your entire family. An additional feature of this main floor area is a small sitting space that has a sleeper sofa as well as an additional half bath.
The 2nd (or main floor) holds a queen bedroom (Bedroom #6) with en suite bathroom and flat screen TV. Taking the stairs down, you will find five additional bedrooms. Four of these bedrooms have private bathrooms and TVs, and the fifth bedroom – which is the kids bunk room (Bedroom #5), which can sleep 5 in four twins and a trundle – would utilize a bathroom in an alternate bedroom. The first bedroom features a king bed (Bedroom #1) and the second holds two queens (Bedroom #2). The back two bedrooms (Bedroom #3 & #4), one of which is the primary, feature private balcony access with stairs leading directly to the pool area. Both rooms have king size beds. The primary bedroom has a grand master bath with two separate vanities, a jacuzzi tub and state-of-the-art walk in shower. For added convenience there is a washer & dryer and elevator available for guest use.

We had a group of 12, 6 couples, for 2 our our friend’s 40th birthdays. The house was perfect. We had everything we needed to enjoy a great weekend. Between the hot tub, corn hole set and multiple areas for groups to gather we truly had the best time. The check in process was seamless and the communication was great. Highly recommended!!!!!

Very nice family gathering space and kitchen. Porch and outdoor furniture a wonderful extension of the former. Laundry room and extra fridge off kitchen were so helpful. Proximity to beach is perfect. Communication with property manager was excellent On the constructive side: the WiFi was weak, kitchen supplies lacked organization, outdoor trash can area needed cleaning. Upholstered furniture needs cleaning.

House had plenty of room with an excellent kitchen,dinning room, and family room - all one large room which was great.
Bedrooms were spacious with nice bathrooms. Everyone really enjoyed the large pool and deck. Plenty of sitting places on all the outside decks and by by the pool which made it very comfortable. The landscaping could use some work with mulch or pine needles all around the grounds and trimming of the palm trees in the backyard. Close to the beaches which we enjoyed. Overall - a very enjoyable house.
10 of us ladies stayed at this property! Great location, clean, beach access right across the street, with 6 rooms and 5 1/2 baths we had plenty of space, and wonderful kitchen and living area to eat and socialize. End of February visit so a bit chilly but pool area was nice, just too cold to sit outside. Laundry room had extra fridge which was nice for overflow. Clean and pretty beach too with lots of shells. Easy to work with company too and sent texts for door codes and check in ready, plus emails with details for check in and out. Loved it!
We stayed here for a girls trip and had 11 adults. The house itself is spacious and comfy. There were two refrigerators which was nice so we could put drinks in the other fridge. The house is exactly as pictured. Our only complaint was that when we entered the property, the pool looked a little green. The property management company reached out immediately and sent someone over to clean it. The communication the whole weekend was very quick and Ryan was so helpful with everything. Our only other complaint was some of the lower outside furniture was a little dirty/stained. We didn’t really use that area so it was not a big issue to us.

BEWARE - PHOTOS DO NOT ACCURATELY REPRESENT HOUSE. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! WASTE OF MONEY.
Upon arriving, there were MULTIPLE dead bugs, spiders, and wasps in the house. This was very concerning as I had my 6 month old baby staying at the house with me. The air conditioning was not working. It was 78 degrees on the top floor of the house and it took about 4 hours for Beachside to send someone out to work on the AC (we checked in on a Wednesday so we were very frustrated it took so long). While that situation was trying to be resolved, we decided to try some fresh air outside, only to be incredibly disappointed that the outdoor furniture that they did have (NOTHING like the photos) was absolutely disgusting. There was hardly room for 5 people to sit down, unlike the luxurious, clean furniture that is portrayed in the pictures. There were bugs, spider webs, and all kinds of debris all over every piece of furniture. We tried walking up the spiral staircase and did not actually even make it all the way up because the staircase is so wobbly and terrifying, we thought for sure it would break if we put weight on it. That is unacceptable and just flat out dangerous. A HUGE liability. We also at this time discovered there were NO stairs from the main floor down to the pool area. You have to go through 1 of the 3 bedrooms that offer stairs down to the pool or go through the terrifying garage/basement area. And the landscaping (or lack there of) around the house is just laughable. The pictures look incredible as though they take great care of the house, when in reality the natural areas surrounding the house, pool, hot tub, etc. look like they have not been touched in years. There is absolutely no maintenance done on the house.
Once finally getting the AC fixed, we were able to continue ourunpacking and settling into the house. We were incredibly disappointed to learn that the bedrooms look absolutely nothing like the pictures in the listing. The bedrooms have no rugs, the linens are the cheapest, most thin DIRTY linens I have ever seen, they have stains all over them and smell horrendous — they obviously do not get washed very often, and the pillows could pass as pancakes because they are so worn, old and flat. The bedroom my husband and I stayed in did not even have the proper size pillows or pillow cases for a king size bed. They offered 1 king size pillow (with 2 pillow cases on it) and 1 standard size, tiny, flat pillow. Oh and do not dare look under the beds. You will be horrified. We were also shocked to find out that the bunkbed room h
Overall the house was amazing. Very spacious- large bedrooms all with their own bathroom. We loved the open concept of the upstairs- and we really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My only complaint was the upstairs was hard to keep cool (so the upstairs bedroom stayed pretty warm). The check process was good- but it's kind of a bummer they don't do an early check in only if it's just 30 minutes.

The kitchen/main room and sitting room are all one room and it's a wonderfully massive space that held all 15 us. That's the top floor, which also includes the one queen suite (which is fairly removed from the people making noise on the main floor) and across the hall, the extra 1/2 bath. Down the stairs to the main bedroom floor, you have the front door of the house, with a queen suite on the right and a double queen suite on the left, each with a tub/shower. Down the hall there's the master suite on the left which has its own balcony and also a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower in the bathroom. the next room is a long hall to a two bunk bed (and a trundle!) room - perfect for our kids. It has a door that exits out to the stairs heading down to the pool. The last room is a king suite that exits out to the same stairs landing leading to the pool. People often cut through these two rooms to head back up to the kitchen as there are no stairs leading from the pool to the third floor kitchen, except through the garage. The pool was even bigger than the pictures looked with lots of sitting space and a nice grill. We rented bikes with our credit and were so glad we did as we all took turns taking rides and going to the park. We walked the one block up and one and a half blocks over to the beach access and the community is very good about yielding to beach goers, even when it's pretty heavy traffic. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment though the oven seemed a bit off, burning bottoms and leaving parts raw. But I am sure if we really needed it, I could've had a maintenance person there quickly, as they came and fixed the drier on the first day, no problem. The only other criticism was the garbage overflowing from check-in to Tuesday and the recycling was never picked up. But it's a small complaint. I put the layout notes first because that specific information always helps when traveling with a group, determining if there's room for everyone or not. We felt very lucky that it all fit us well and we hope we added some happy vibes to a happy place.
We loved our stay at this beach house! This was our first beach trip in several years and it was absolutely perfect and exactly what we were looking for! The house is gorgeous; perfect location with an easy walk to the beach, beautifully decorated, and full of everything you might need for a great stay. I cannot recommend this house enough! We hope to stay here again in the future!
WOW! What a great beach house for our extended family vacation. We loved the pool and hot tub combination. The house was well-equipped and very comfortable. It was a perfect house for our week on Isle of Palms.
We had a great time and enjoyed the home. However, there were some definite issues that need to be addressed.
The hot tub did not work the first 3 days of the trip. I was basically lied to and told we would have someone out that day. That didn't happen. Given that was a major reason for picking this property, we were disappointed. The stove burners stopped working half way through the week and the rental company had to bring us an igniter.
Outside, there we so many bugs. Many of them dead in the pool and there was nothing to clean the pool with. We had to call maintenance to get hot water working in master bedroom. Also had to call maintenance about the WiFi as that didn't work on day one. The master sliding glass door also needs to be replaced.
The house is not conducive for little ones. Lots of stairs and very high balcony.
Overall, the property is nice but I would not stay there again.
Overall tt was a great place to stay, very close to the beach. The hot tub did not work and wifi was terrible. We had to call the property management company to re-boot the wifi, then it worked. The master bathroom rain shower was clogged as well.
Enjoyed the property....a couple of issues were promptly addressed....wished the bunkroom had at least a half bath...I advise getting the elevator, there are a lot of stairs...Overall, I would say 4 stars
Great house with plenty of bedrooms and gathering spaces! Well stocked house and kitchen, great washer dryer, comfortable beds, and fabulous pool. Not too far of a walk to the beach and there’s and outdoor shower by the pool. Property management was helpful and prompt with requests. We had a great time!
