High-quality furnishings create a nice, pleasant atmosphere. Two couches await in the living room near the fireplace. Between internet browsing on the WiFi and cable on the flatscreen TV, you've got all you need to stay entertained.

The brand new kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Leave the dishwasher to work on cleaning up as you watch the sunset, before heading to one of the three bedrooms for bed. Between a king-size bed in the master bedroom, two twin-size beds in the second room, and a another king-size bed in the third bedroom, and sofa-bed in living room everyone will have a lovely place to sleep. There's also a laundry in garage for your convenience.

What an awesome vacay we had at this place..was perfect..nice and open..clean. Pool was nice and the fishing was pretty good..we caught quite a few sail catfish and sharks! The only thing that I would need that this place didnt have was a fenced in back yard where my dog didn't have to be on a leash to go potty...but that's it other than that it was fabulous! Ohhh and bring some no see um spray cuz they will chew you up lol

We had an excellent stay at this beautiful bayfront home and would happily return. The views were truly the highlight. From the patio, we enjoyed watching dolphins, manatees, and a variety of ocean birds. There is also a lovely shaded dining and lounging area, bayside Adirondack chairs, and two additional seating areas along the water—plenty of wonderful spots to relax and enjoy the scenery.The swimming pool was exceptionally clean and wonderfully deep, making it especially enjoyable for swimming enthusiasts. The house itself was clean and comfortable.A few things to note: the beds and pillows are very firm, which was not our personal preference, and we missed having a full-length mirror. The water pressure throughout the house was also quite low, although that may have been related to the drought conditions in the area. If you plan to spend much time by the bay, be sure to bring mosquito repellent.Sergyi was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to a minor concern and was very helpful in recommending the best beaches and local points of interest.

All of us really enjoyed this house. It was everything the VRBO pics portrayed on their website. The host Sergey did a great job. The location was very nice and private and the sunsets were great.

Beautiful views from almost every room - great location!

We loved our stay, the views of white pelicans in the water just off the back of our house was incredible. The pool was set to a warm temperature, and the house was as described. We are planning to use the same place for our next stay in Sarasota!
