Family house of 60mÂČ, located 300m from Les Huttes beach, in the town of St Denis d'OlĂ©ron, in the wild and pretty part of the north of the island.

Rental for weekend, week or more.

On the ground floor:
- a living room with open fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster ...)
The living room, with a large corner sofa and a flat screen TV, opens onto a south-facing terrace, and a 100 m2 garden facing south to enjoy the sun.

Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne Lage, man ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten fußlĂ€ufig am Meer, wo sich ein wunderbarer sehr langer (und bei Ebbe sehr breiter) Sandstrand befindet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem gut ausgestattet, sodass man einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen kann. Deutsche Sender kann man mit dem Fernseher allerdings nur empfangen, wenn man diese zu einem geringen Aufpreis von momentan 9 fĂŒr einen Monat, dazu bucht. Aber auch das hat Mme Roy binnen eines Tages fĂŒr uns erledigt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und unseren beiden Golden Retriever Hunden auch. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschrĂ€nkt weiter empfehlen.

Comme l'année derniÚre nous avons passé des trÚs agréables journées dans la jolie cabane. Tous les détails de l'organisation et le séjour ont été trÚs bien communiquées. L'équipement était correct, tout était présent pour un séjour agréable. Merci! Le fait que le temps ait apporté de la pluie par moments n'était pas si grave ! Das Haus verfĂŒgt ĂŒber eine exzellente Aufteilung, eine schöne Terrasse mit kleinem Garten, PKW-Stellplatz und Schuppen. Die Lage in einer kleinen charmanten Siedlung direkt am Plage des Huttes ist top, die nĂ€chsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in St. Denis, ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Rad. Das Haus war sauber und gut ausgestattet, einzig die Töpfe, Pfannen (wir haben uns neue gekauft) und Matratzen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war problemlos, sie antwortet schnell und ist sehr freundlich und zuverlĂ€ssig. Wir können das Haus zu 100 Prozent empfehlen.

Idéal pour les sentiers

Logement bien équipé, semaine trÚs trÚs chaude, une climatisation aurait été la bienvenue. Nombreuses balades dans les dunes à proximité du logement que ce soit à pieds ou à vélo, proche de Saint Denis pour les courses en dépannage et du phare de Chassiron. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Sommes arrivés dans une location tres propre et tres bien située avec un voisinage tranquille la premiÚre plage etant à 500m.Avec les recommandations d usage les propriétaires avait laissé une bouteille de vin de la region ce qui est tres gentil.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 10 jours. Le logement se situe dans un petit clos privé à deux minutes à pied de la plage. Les vélos mis à notre disposition nous ont permis de découvrir le Nord de l'ßle et les beaux villages aux alentours. Le logement est trÚs bien agencé et équipé

Maison confortable avec tout le nécessaire, le plus c'est la mise à disposition de velo pour toute la famille. Nous avons pu faire de superbe balade et bien que la plage soit proche 300 m à pieds , changer facilement de plage sans prendre la voiture. Nous sommes allez en vélo au phare de Chassiron , le Moulin de la Brée. Nos petits enfants 16 ans , 11ans et 4 ans ont vraiment appréciés le marais aux oiseaux et le parc Myocastor. Bien attendu nous avons pris le bateau pour faire le tour de fort Boyard et passer quelques heures sur l'ile d'Aix. Visite de l'aquarium de La Rochelle. Séjour inoubliable.

Une semaine de dĂ©connections totales les pied dans la mer. Location tres bien situĂ©e pour toutes les visites de l Ăźle, phare de Chassiron, port de la CotiniĂšre, moulin de la Bree... peut etre un peu loin pour les sorties hors Île comme rochefort royan...Vacances hors saison avec deja pas mal de de prĂ©sence sur l Ăźle. Location tres propre, bien entretenue, bien Ă©quipĂ©e, exposĂ©e soleil sur la terrasse avec la mer et une magnifique plage a 2 min a pied. Bref parfait.
