Although Cabana Beach Condo at The Villages of Five Points lists on other platforms and Social Media, please understand that we are unable to offer those rates and/or no service fee through VRBO. Thank you for helping us honor VRBO's policies.






**********DOGS**********



1 Small dog considered on case by case basis for an additional fee. Dog MUST BE CRATED when left alone. NO EXCEPTIONS.




Renters MUST contact the owner before submitting a Booking Request to seek approval for a dog. Click on CONTACT HOST under the owner's name.




The dog fee is $22 per night/$150 per week to cover our increased cleaning costs due to dogs.




Please note that we are in a condo building with attached neighbors. Your dog must not disturb others. If your dog is an excessive barker, we aren't a good fit for your situation as the dog will be required to be removed from the condo.






**********FEES ,PAYMENT & BOOKING**********




RENTAL AGREEMENT: A Rental Agreement along with a valid government Photo ID is required within 24 hours to confirm booking. We speak with our guests as part of the Rental Agreement process.




PAYMENT: Payment is made through the VRBO system. A 3% Credit Care Fee is added to the amount processed through VRBO and reflects in the adjusted Administrative Fee. The card holder name must be the same as the person making the reservation.




CLEANING & DAMAGE INSPECTION FEE: A $105.00 Non-Refundable Cleaning & Damage Inspection Fee applies.




Guests are required to keep the unit Spot Cleaned as needed throughout your stay. Guest is required to clean dishes & discard trash upon checkout. We take care of stripping the beds and cleaning linens. The cleaning fee does not cover excessive cleaning or bodily fluids. Additional fees will apply as needed.




REFUNDABLE DAMAGE & RENTAL DEPOSIT: $500 per week without a pet and $600 per week with a pet. Possibly reduced for shorter stays depending on group size.


We do not offer "damage waivers" by charging a fee you can't get back. We'd rather offer a fully refundable security deposit .




PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS DAMAGE & RENTAL DEPOSIT IS PAID DIRECTLY TO THE HOMEOWNER AT THE TIME OF YOUR FINAL PAYMENT. IT IS NOT PAID THROUGH VRBO.

Primary Guest must be 30 or older to rent this property. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons at any time. Family groups only. LGBTQ+ friendly.




We want guests to enjoy their stay, but please understand there must be no parties or group events!




A RING DOORBELL WITH VIDEO & AUDIO RECORDING is located at the exterior door. This is a self check-in Unit. The owner will utilize the camera to verify the check-in/out & rental compliance. The Unit is also equipped with noise level monitoring technology, which does not record audio.




SMOKE FREE RENTAL: This is a smoking/vaping free vacation rental. Smoking/Vaping is not permitted inside the condo or on the grounds of the condo association.




SUPPLIES: Guest provides their own toiletries, paper products, laundry detergent.

The Villages of Five Points has everything you need. It is located in Lewes, just 2 miles north of the Rehoboth/Lewes border and provides quick access to both beach towns.




There is a bus to Lewes Beach from the neighborhood and a connection which will take you into downtown Rehoboth.




There are two community pools (Memorial Day – Labor Day. Sometimes one pool remains open after Labor Day, but this is not guaranteed).




It offers a soccer field, 2 miles of walking paths, ponds, multiple tennis courts, restaurants, hair salon and spa, coffee shop, and a grocery and drug stores all within walking distance.




The community is next to the Lewes-Georgetown Trail which connects you to many miles of paved path for biking and walking.

Second Bedroom: 2 Twins with semi-private bathroom. Twins can be moved together to make a combined King. Guest must request this setup in advance. There is a door from the bedroom and hallway.

Comforters/Quilts, Blankets, and a variety of pillows provided. You may need to launder linens depending on the length of your stay.

Bring your bike and bike into town and to Cape Henlopen State Park, which will take you the entire way from Lewes to Rehoboth Beach.




Many activities nearby including Tanger Outlets, Movie Theater, Go Carts, Water Park, Mini-Golf, Anytime Fitness Gym . Restaurants within a 1-2 minute walk include: Fish On, Arena's, Ocean Grill, & Chinda Garden. There are many other restaurants, within a short 5 - 10 minute walk, or short drive.
