Welcome to our beautiful condo in the desirable family friendly community of The Villages of Five Points ! Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is the perfect place for your beach vacation or any occasion. The condo has been newly painted and new flooring has been installed as well. The condo is right off east of route 1 and about 3 miles from Lewes beach. Biking trails are close by and Cape Henlopen State Park is a short ride of about 3 miles.
The space
Our beautiful 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo is ready for your weekend gateway or for a longer family beach vacation.
Check yourself in with the keypad. The code will be provided right before your arrival.

A short, less than a 3 mile drive to the beach and Cape Henlopen State Park.

Towels and beach towels and linens are provided.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, from pots and pans to basic kitchen necessities.
Keurig Coffee maker, coffee pods provided.
Included shampoo and conditioner, body wash.
Laundry detergent, iron and ironing board are also provided.
Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.

Checkout is at 11:00am. Place used dishes in the dishwasher. Strip the sheets off the beds and leave them in the laundry room. Leave used towels in the laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was a perfect stay for our long weekend getaway! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and a perfect size for two married couples. We enjoyed the community pool and screened in balcony. It's a convenient location to the Lewes, Rehoboth, and Cape Henlopen beaches.

The condo was very clean and spacious. We felt very safe in the neighborhood and the location is very convenient for anything you may need. Communication with the owner was excellent. He answered my questions via vrbo quickly and was most accommodating to our needs. I will certainly consider renting again.
