Easy to get in to condo. But only 1 plastic cup to use pool side and only 2 forks. There was not even salt and pepper so be perpared to buy everything u need to cook. The fan in the bedroom did not work but the host was responsive and got a portable fan for us. There was some bug that keep biting us but we never saw what it was. Would have been nice to have a few more towels for our over a week stay or at least house keeping to change for clean towels or fresh sheets. Property was beautiful. Love the area south of San Pedro, quite but a short drive to town. P

Slice of heaven

The Sunsets and sunrises here are amazing. We saw a Caribbean Whiptail Stingray right from the dock here. The surrounding restaurants and community are blessed. The taco place up the street was our go to. Would definitely recommend Unit 22 for couples and families to enjoy a relaxing and scenic waterside stay in San Pedro. Not to far from the downtown area and is a nice and quiet place to recharge for your adventures. The hammocks near the dock are the best. Going to book here again next time we come back

Great Location and Staff, but might look elsewhere

The location of these condos is great - away from a lot of commotion. The house manager was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. But there were a lot of issues that would leave me to not fully recommend this location. Broken toilet that couldn't be fixed same day, dirt in between the sheets of the main bed, plumbing issues in shower drain from upstairs unit, and construction occurring without warning at early hours. Was still a comfortable and nice place to stay. I am just likely to not return.

Caribe Island - #22

This was a nice unit, but needed some painting done. Several windows to do open, so we had to use the air conditioning more than we wanted to. The kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/dishes etc. The blender did not work. There were 2 toasters, one did not work, the other one shorted out while using it. VACASA was very responsive when we had an issue with the toilet and kitchen light. I would recommend staying this unit. Being in the back on the resort, there was not a lot of foot traffic going by your door, it was convenient to the pool, but did not have a good ocean view.
