Bright and beachy 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath (plus outdoor shower) single family home just a brisk 5 minute walk to the beach!

This handicap accessible property features an indoor front porch and 2 large decks - perfect for morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. This house is clean, nicely decorated and offers all of the conveniences of home. Rear driveway parking is available for 2 cars plus street parking. Walk across the street for easy access to the playground and tennis/basketball courts. Conveniently located close to several restaurants, Wawa, Acme, ice cream store and a bike rental shop. Just a 10 minute drive to the boardwalk.

This lovely single family beach house provides:

-fully equipped kitchen, dining area, family room with gas fireplace, 2.5 baths, and 4 spacious bedrooms:

-bedroom 1 has a full bed,

-bedroom 2 has a queen bed,

-bedroom 3 has a queen bed and twin bed,

-bedroom 4 has a king bed

Enjoy 4 complimentary beach tags. We have cable TV and WiFi, modern washer/dryer, split system air conditioner & heater, a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, gas range/oven, microwave, drip coffeemaker, toaster, etc. There is a private outside shower and a detached shed that contains complimentary use of our beach chairs, beach buggy, and beach toys for the kids. We provide plenty of beach and bath towels as well as sheets for all beds.

We do not rent to school, prom, or senior week groups - No Exceptions

Great location for families looking for a quieter stay.Great amenities - plenty of linens, towels, chairs, beach toys. Was perfect for our three generation family. Upper deck is a nice place to sit in the evening.

Perfect Rental

This property is beautiful inside, immaculate and very cozy. My family spent much time around the large dining table and upstairs on the blue patio! It was an easy walk to the beach. The owner was very professional and clear in all communication. We found everything we needed to prepare our meals, and have happy hour nightly! Definitely would stay here again!

Family with small kids getaway

Went for a week trip with my parents, husband, au pair and two boys, 2 and 6. House was perfect for us, plenty of beach toys, two bedrooms upstairs and downstairs, lovely balconies, etc! Close enough walk to beach and near playground, ice cream and mini golf for au pair to walk the boys to! Lauren was great to communicate with too.

Happy Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Ocean City, NJ at this property. The house was adorable with plenty of room for our family. The owner's were easy to reach with our questions about the home. The owners even supplied the bedding and towels so we didn't have to worry about carrying our own. The house is in a great location, a few blocks from the beach and also a park. Also within walking distance were the grocery store and the drug store, as well as some restaurants, ice cream shops and a bakery with delicious donuts. Thank you to the hosts! We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing Family Vacation House

We loved everything about our stay here. The house was perfect for our trip which included 4 adults and 2 toddlers. The location is absolutely perfect, 3 blocks from the beach and a short 5/10 minute drive to the boardwalk. Short Walking distance to groceries, pizza, breakfast, etc. There also is a perfect playground and mini golf for the kids right across the street. The house had everything we could have asked for and more with the amenities, beach toys, beach towels. The 2 patio decks are beautiful and perfect for afternoon relaxation. This home was a perfect place to start our new OCNJ tradition and we hope to stay here again in the coming years!

Clean and comfortable stay

I should begin by noting this was the cleanest rental we've ever had the privilege of staying in. We really felt like we walked into a home that is professionally maintained (which sadly, isn't the case with every rental). Additionally, the owner was great at communicating and when we had a minor issue, she resolved it immediately. It's clear the owners take pride in their home. Everything about the ad for this property is accurate. It's very convenient to the beach and the owners provide everything you need (boogie boards, umbrellas, carts, toys). Perfect for a family with kids. You do have to drive to the Boardwalk, but that should be obvious when you rent a place in the 30s. Highly recommend this place!

We had a nice stay and would recommend. The house was great for us and kid friendly in general- not a lot of breakables and glass which we wanted with a toddler. We enjoyed eating dinner on the patio at night- very relaxing up there. Great and easy communication with the owner, Lauren, before our stay and during- she sent the pin code to the house that AM as discussed and even checked in on us to make sure everything was okay. Her responses to all messages were quick and thorough. The location was amazing- lots near by to walk to: breakfast, beach, park, dinner, ice cream. We went to the 34th park almost every day! My son loved it there. Overall- we had a good experience and would recommend this place! Great for families.

Our recent stay at this property was wonderful! The house was perfect for the needs of our family - 5 adults and 2 toddlers. We enjoyed the back deck which was large enough to seat everyone. The location in a quiet neighborhood was great - within walking distance of an Acme, CVS, Wawa, ice cream, shopping, a playground, and of course, the beach. We are looking forward to visiting again.

Awesome location!

The epitome of a beach cottage! So comfy and cozy and room for everybody! Owner was always available and was more than accommodating. Great location as the property is so close to the “necessities” and a park for the littles right across the street. Beach is 3-4 blocks away, which was a hop skip and jump away, especially when traveling with three children! Highly recommend !

The trip was wonderful. The house was well maintained, clean, and nicely located a short walk to the beach. The property managers were responsive at all stages of the booking process and during our stay. We would highly recommend this house and consider staying it again in the future.

We are located a short drive away in PA and are both UD alumni (Go Blue Hens!). We've already made countless memories with family and friends who have come to visit. We would love to host you and your family at our beach house for years to come.
