The house was updated and well kept. It was clean and had all of the amenities of home. It was a great location with the perfect way to enjoy the ocean air on the porch. Loved that there were also beach tags provided. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Perfect Little Trip

Clean, relaxing, close enough for convenience, but far enough to get a break from the hustle and bustle. We had a girls trip with our kids in tow and this had everything we needed!

As advertised; cean and spacious home. Really great communication by the host. The home was well appointed and equipped and is in a great location on the island. Only quibble would be that it'd be nice to have some beach gear available for use.

The house was sensational. Cozy 3 bedroom plus 2.5 baths. Less than 5 minute walk to beach. The host Emmy was great. Answered any questions we had instantly and was very sensitive to our situation since we were celebrating my mother-in-law's birthday, who passed away a couple of years ago. It was a sentimental time for my wife but the house and area made her feel just right for the occasion. Area was quiet and the neighborhood houses are beautiful. Also the beach was great. Tide was low and waves were calm allowing us to enjoy the beach even more since we were able to get in for this late in September. Overall a great experience for a short 2 night stay but would definitely stay again down the road. Thanks Emmy!!

Fun Ocean City Destination

Our family had a great stay at this property. Location was near convenient eating, miniature golf and the beach was close by and beautiful. The property is very nice with front and back balconies and very comfortable.

Great weekend getaway

This property was just has advertised in the listing. We had a wonderful stay for an October weekend getaway. The home was clean & had all amenities we needed. Quick walk to the beach and close to the boardwalk and other restaurants/shops. We recommend and definitely stay again!

Lovely place in a perfect location. The open floor plan in the main living area made it easy to be together. The front porch was great for relaxing before and after the beach. The location was perfect for us - easy walk to beach and also some of our favorite places to eat. Would definitely stay here again!

Unit was definitely not big enough to sleep 8 the room with the bunk and trundle someone could lose a head in that top bunk. There was only one lawn chair usable as the other one was broken and the wagon is broken as well. Master bed slants downhill we had to put the pillow at the foot of the bed to sleep. The place is beautiful but not suitable for the needs we booked it for

Great vacation

This was a great rental in a really awesome part of OCNJ. Close enough to the boardwalk but far enough away for a nice quiet street. An easy walk to the beach. The house was clean and had all of the essentials. The washer/ dryer could use an update but that was minor. Everything was really quite wonderful!

Our stay in Ocean City was wonderful. Our friends were about ten houses away on the same block and it was so easy to walk to their house. We bicycled, enjoyed the beach and the boardwalk. 5 night stay in May 2024

Overall great stay at this house. Beds were mildly firm but we slept well. Place was clean upon arrival. Kitchen was well stocked. Having to provide our own bed linens was one negative. The only other option was to rent them. For the amount we paid for the house it would have been a nice touch to have them provided. We were on the first floor and could occasionally hear people above us, which is typical. We liked the big kitchen table, the comfortable living room sofas, the big TV with Xfinity, and the front porch chairs. We would stay there again!

Great place!!

We had a great time, house was perfect size for us and our 3 kids. It was well maintained and updated & perfect distance to & from the beach. My only complaint and its a minor one was that the Internet service was horribly slow, I'm pretty sure it was dial up, I saw the router jacked into the telephone line. We have 3 kids under 6 so iPad time is essential to keep our sanity and we ended up using our cellular service instead. I also had to do some work at a Starbucks because I could barely get a website to load. But Like I said it's a minor complaint, the whole stay was great and we had an absolute blast!'

Great for the price, but...

Accommodations were comfortable, but a couple of caveats: BYO linens: queen mattresses are 12" deep; standard queen sheets do not fit. Queen beds w. 12" mattress and 12" springs are 30 inches off the floor-- too high for some folks. BYO toilet paper. Kitchen is equipped, but don't expect extras like a whisk, blender, etc.
