Beautiful couples retreat! Newly remodeled, beautiful one bedroom condo directly across the street from the beautiful white sand beaches of Miramar Beach. This is a perfect romantic couples retreat for your vacation getaway! This condo only accommodates two people, (no exceptions) as there is no sleeper sofa. The condo features walls finished in unique driftwood grey pine for that beach feel. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances, granite counters, and open pine shelving. The bath has a custom tiled shower and a granite topped vanity with a unique fish shaped vessel sink. The bedroom is outfitted with a comfortable king bed, and flat screen wall mounted TV. The living room has a very comfortable leather sofa, bar height table and chairs and a wall mounted 55 inch flat screen television.

There is a roomy balcony with two comfortable chairs overlooking the aqua waters and Snow White sand, where you can enjoy your favorite beverages while relaxing to the sound of the waves.

Gulfview has deeded private beach directly across the street to enjoy your toes in the sand time! Beach Service is provided during season, which includes two chairs and an umbrella.

The complex has two pools (one heated seasonally) and a hot tub. There are a number of popular restaurants within walking distance, and great shopping venues just a few minutes from the condo.

We have 4 other units in this complex, including the unit next door, if you have a group traveling together. The unit next doors VRBO number is 9385103.

Perfect beach getaway!

Our second stay at this location! I will say location is everything and this room was perfect for us. It's smaller but it was only my spouse and I. It's seconds away from a beautiful NON CROWDED beach. Walking distance of Kenny d's which is another staple. Beautiful gulf views at night and fireworks!

Everything about this stay was perfect. The condo was spacious and the balcony overlooking the water allowed for lots of people watching. There are two great restaurants that are a 3 minute walk. They provided a great area to wash sand off before entering the condo. The provided beach chair were a true bonus. We have been coming to this area for 9 years and this was our most favorite stay.

Great location with easy access to the Gulf as well as several great local dining options - all within a short walk. The moment you walk into the property you feel relaxed and the stress of life just goes away.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great. It was small but perfect for a couple. We enjoyed walking on the beach and boardwalk down to the local coffee shop. It was generally clean, but needs more attention to details.

We loved this little condo. Great location right across the street from the beach with chair and umbrella waiting for us each day. Several restaurants nearby within walking distance. Bed was comfortable and condo was clean. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony and seeing the waves roll in. Hopefully we will be back soon.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect getaway for my wife and me to enjoy a long weekend without the kids. The condo was extremely clean and very well decorated with everything we could possibly need. The added beach service was an incredible bonus. I would highly recommend for any couples looking to spend some quality time together. We will definitely be booking this property again.

Great condo. Had everything we needed. Wonderful view of gulf from balcony. Easy access to beach. We got good use of the supplied beach chairs and umbrella. We found three great places to eat. Mary's Kitchen for breakfast . Kenny D's and Whalestail for dinner. Would definitely recommend this condo.

Fun Size!

The condo was the perfect size for the perfect stay. View and beach access were top priorities when planning this vacation and this condo delivered nicely. Really enjoyed all the attention to detail in the decor. The beach was beautiful. Complimentary chairs were a plus. Walked to restaurants and even walked to rent scooters. Will definitely plan on staying again and wouldn’t change a thing. Thank you!

Nice place overall. Having access to chairs and an umbrella was nice to have, but the chairs were uncomfortable. The kitchen was small but met our needs. The icemaker did not work in the freezer.

We found our new Happy Place!!!

We have been coming to the Destin area every summer for our vacation for many many years now and we have now found the perfect condo for a couple!!! The 2nd floor balcony was perfect for viewing the ocean each morning while drinking our coffee. The private beach area with complete set up of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella made it so easy to enjoy the day at the beach. We loved the king size bed and all of the custom decor of the condo, it was absolutely gorgeous. We can not wait till our next return visit. You will love your stay here as much as we did.

It was a great location! Property was clean and comfortable furniture. The beach service being included was great! If I had any negative at all it would be the bedroom window. I could literally hear complete conversations at the pool. Maybe a triple pane would help. Even with that I would definitely stay again!

Location is gulf view (across Scenic Gulf Drive but with no obstruction) and the unit is nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Shower pressure is low and hot water is warm (at best). Most units in the property have no gulf view, beware.

Wonderful

The condo was wonderful. It was nice. Definitely staying there again if I ever come back to Destin. Personal preference in the bedroom I would have darker curtains or different blinds so the outside light wouldn’t Shine in. I would change the code with every visit, when we walked back to our room an older couple walked in and said they had reservations and she had the same code we had. Overall the place was wonderful, and the owners were great with fast response when you contacted them.
