Small place, BIG adventures! 🌵☀️ Welcome to The Desert Hideaway, a cozy 1BR/1BA St. George getaway with beautiful Pine Mountain views. Enjoy 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, pickleball, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, a clubhouse & more! After a day of hiking, biking, shopping or exploring Southern Utah, come home and relax in your cozy retreat. Perfect for couples or small families ready for sunshine, adventure & fun! One small non-shedding dog under 20 lbs welcome. 🐾

We take pride in keeping our condo immaculate and complete with everything you`d get and more than a hotel at an incredible price point! We are available 24/7 via text, phone call or e-mail should you have questions, concerns or need of suggestions. Having lived in this beautiful area for more than 25 years, we know all the local `secret spots` for eating, hiking, biking, sightseeing and we love to share them with our valued guests.

Our guests are able to access all of the amenities located within Sports Village including, adult lap pool and hot tub area with restrooms, heated year around main pool, hot tub, toddler pool, outdoor basketball court, pickle ball and tennis courts, shuffle board, covered BBQ and outdoor eating area, clubhouse, game room located within clubhouse, play ground area, grassy play area with your key fob

We are happily available 24/7 should you have and questions or concerns or just need some suggestions.

Sports Village is located in St. George, a few miles from the center of town, just a couple of miles from Wall-Mart, grocery shopping, restaurants, bike trails and hiking trails. A very convenient and central location with outdoor parking, some covered parking.

There is miles and miles of hiking and biking trails throughout the St. George area as well as mountain biking trails nearby.

Our staff is Disinfecting each home when cleaning with In-Cide from Theochem Laboratories on non porous surfaces (ie: tile, porcelain, chrome, stainless steel, plastic) associated with floors, walls, fixtures, toilets, sinks, counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms). Sheets and towels laundered with laundry soap, hot water and ammonia.
No carbon monoxide monitor due to home is all electric. Any damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card.

Restaurants, grocery and shopping are all within short driving distances. The amenities provided in Sports Village are unparalleled. 2 beautiful, large pools, 2 hot tubs, a baby pool, shuffle board, tennis, pickle ball, basketball, children's playground are all available very near to this condo and are complimentary to our guests.

We take pride in keeping our home immaculate and we are available 24/7 via text, phone call or e-mail for any questions, suggestions or concerns that arise.

What makes this property unique

Our guests are able to utilize all the amenities available to Sports Village, including the use of all the pools and hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball court, racquet ball, shuffle board, play ground area and club house. Our covered parking area and additional parking are all free and open on a first come first serve basis.

Our management is very customer service oriented and having lived in this area for more than 25 years, we love to offer suggestions on our "secret" local spots. We are prompt in being available should any concerns or issues arise.
