You’ll love my place because it is a beautifully remodeled home! Gourmet kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, overhead lighting, and awesome pool table as an entertainment! New flooring in the rooms and great patio set outdoor, barbecue with a nice parasol umbrella. The neighborhood is very nice, quiet, and kid friendly. We are close by the freeway 51, gas station, Paradise Valley Mall and much more...

Worst Experience Ever

We booked this property 11 months in advance for my Bach party. The host seemed professional and communicated with us throughout the time leading up to our booking. The host cancelled both properties (they have another across the street) on the day of our check in. They made up an excuse that both houses were ransacked and everything was stolen. I tried to book another place but VRBO will not book same day lodging, so the host essentially ruined our chances of staying together in a house. We ended up getting hotels, which was much more reliable. This property should be removed and banned from this website for shady activity like pulling the rug on a group of people flying half ways across the country.

i am sorry that you felt that we made up an excuse about our home getting destroyed from a previouse guest that had booked also both of our houses. It is sad that you wouldn’t believe it and I would have been happy to have shown you my properties in person. Too bad that I didn’t because now I get an unfair review on something was not controlled.
